Great cookies. Arrived warm and freshly baked! Delivery was quick via Uber Eats. Order was accurate and arrived earlier than expected. Overall a great place for a late night snack if your passing through Carbondale.

Ordered a cookie cake for my daughter, who attends SIU, birthday. Even though I was charged for the order, it somehow became lost and wasn't delivered. The Carbondale store had no explanation for the omission and I had to call corporate office to get a refund. Next time, I will use One Hot Cookie in Murphysboro.
