Every bite was tasty. Enjoyed every moment and would go again. Unpretentious, delicious, and a little bit reimagined (but not too much) food. It's standard steakhouse fare but everything is a little bit special and different. I'm used to bisque, but not mushroom. I'm used to salad but not a perfect paleo salad. I'm used to lobster dip but not seasoned like this. I could say this about every single dish. The structure the restaurant is in does not match the food inside, so don't let that stop you from dining here! Go! Enjoy!

Good drinks. The appetizers were very good. I enjoyed the crab dip a lot. The filet was fantastic. Service was great. Or waiter was wonderful. It's hard with vacancies and turnover right now to still get fast and experienced service, so great job.
The food was excellent! I FINALLY found a "GOOD" place for steak in southern Illinois. So far the best! The inside was a little dark for my taste.The bathroom was gross compared to the quality of the restaurant, wobbly toilet, curtain on handicap stall & dark enough to make it creepy. For the cost of the meal, they could at least fix up the restroom.From the main road, the outside of the building looked closed. It took me almost 2 years of living in Carbondale to realize they actually were open...lol. But otherwise, they had a nice large parking lot. The patio looked like it could be nice, but had alot of trash & debris that needed to be cleaned up, otherwise I would have liked to sit outside and enjoy the weather on such a beautiful day.I'll give them some time to "clean up their act" before I try them again. Otherwise I'll just call in orders to go in the future & save the bar tab
Flame was wonderful. My food was amazing. And our waiter Garrett was very attentive. Service was great.
Service was impeccable from start to finish. We had never been there before so we asked about servers recommended entrees. I wasn't very hungry so I had the mushroom truffle soup and a salad. My hub had bacon wrapped meatloaf. Everything was delicious. The server was so attentive... definitely coming back. I promise I'll be more hungry next time.
The service was great! The food was good but I was a little disappointed. For the price of the meals I was expecting it to be better.
Wonderful atmosphere, incredible staff and service and the food was divine!!!! Loved our dining experience. We ordered several appetizers to share around the table and every one of them was delicious. Ahi tuna and bread pudding were absolutely spectacular!
Service was good. Food was delicious.Handicap stall had a curtain for a door. Paper towels in bathroom was empty but they also had a hand blow dryer. Stalls were small. But the restaurant was clean and spacious.
Food was very good although if your going for the tomahawk steak they no longer serve that. We drove 1 1/2 hours just to find out they don’t have it as part of the menu any longer. Will we go back? Maybe
