I've been to this Dunkin' several times and have always had a positive experience. The staff has always been super friendly and the donuts/drinks have always been really good!If you use their app, they have a rewards program---you get a free drink (any size & any type) after so many mobile orders. Also, the app gives you a free drink on your birthday!My only complaint is that stuff is often out of stock at this location. For the past month or so, they have been out of the salted caramel flavoring. Also, when I went last week, they were out of the hazelnut flavoring. So be prepared to have a back-up order!
Omg the ? toast is delicious I loved it. The workers are real nice so I enjoyed it.
been here a trillion times since they’ve opened. never had that bad of an experience but recently their service is trash. ordered an iced caramel latte with almond milk… these people handed me an almond milk HOT DECAF coffee. I will not be getting Dunkin’ for awhile… scooters and starbucks is where its at.
Service is friendly, though something i've noticed here is a discrepancy between product name in the front of house and the drive thru staff. When I first went here, I ordered a chocolate glazed donut and drive thru insisted what I was taking about was a 'chocolate cake donut'. I've never heard a chocolate glazed donut called that ever, but figured it might be a DD brand thing. Nope. Went into the store, right there, 'chocolate glazed', right along the wall. There was a couple months time between going through drive thru, and actually going into the store, so I figured, whatever. Ordered today, chocolate glazed. Got a chocolate frosted donut. Pretty confusing, and sucks because I didn't have time to go through drive thru again or go into the store. Though I don't doubt that staff would've fixed the order, most of them are pretty chill.
I’ve been to this location about half a dozen times, and all but one time the person taking my order was short with me and rude. Today I got a “yeah” and “pull up” after taking my order with about as much personality as a brick. The drinks are not made consistently enough for me to put up with this. One time it’ll be a nice lighter color when I get an iced coffee, next time it’ll hardly have any milk in it and be very dark.It’s jarring when the prerecorded intro is super nice and the next person on there isn’t even close.
They never get any orders correct and take 20 minutes to make a coffee
Didn't fill up our coffee cups all the way. Only half way full. When I pay six dollars a cup I expect it to be full and you never make it sweet enough
The donuts are amazing, drinks are delicious! Drive thru a little slow but I’m always there during the busy times so no complaints here. Great job Dunkin!
Yesterday and today makes this the second myself and my wife have had a bad experience. Yesterday was my wife when she received her peppermint mocha hot latte, it was unfortunately half way full of whipped cream. So she didn't have much of the mocha latte, today I guess was my turn. My Frozen matcha latte didn't taste like a matcha latte at all it was more milk than anything, I mean that's all I tasted. I just thought it was me until my wife had some and confirmed what I said, not only that I actually brought it all the way home and my son said thank for the green milk dad, all I can do was laugh. I know no one is perfect, yet I believe because of the time I and my wife went through the drive thru which was at lunchtime could've been the reason. I'm sure that whomever it was, was rushing to clear the drive thru as quickly as possible. Unfortunately my matcha latte was not to my liking, nor was my wife's hot mocha latte.
