If you visit Carbondale, you have to stop here. A Carbondale summer tradition.
Awesome family owned biz that has great service and great icecream products..... Bet you're gonna love it!!
Staff was friendlyOrder was correct and tasted pretty good, but I forgot their nuts aren't kept very fresh. This time they weren't as bad s last time. My first visit the nuts were chewy and gross, ended up tossing it cause I was afraid I was gonna get sick. This time they were soft, but not chewy yet. Still kinda gross, but good enough to still eat.Outside plenty of parking & I LOVE the retro look
DQ is now open! It's all about the nostalgia, for the locals at least.

It's good but abit pricey for the sizes you get honestly.
You can't beat the menu and we picked up a six pack of Buster Bars for a great price since they were closing for the season soon. And these Buster Bars were the in-house made ones so you know they were great! Can't wait until next spring when they open of the Strip again.
Such Small-Town! Watch cars n eat ice cream! They could use a loyalty program of some sort! It's a bit expensive, being the only ice cream in town.
Reasonably priced desserts.
Brings back so many memories!
