Food alright. Asked for ketchup and cocktail sauce to which the employee replied “yes, it already comes with it”. Fast forward I get to my destination, open the bag and no ketchup, no cocktail sauce.
Great food, best fast food place out there. Service pretty fast even when the place is packed. Can't beat Culver's.
First time trying this place and I’m really impressed! It isn’t much more expensive than any other fast food but the quality was so much better! And the ice cream, boy was that tasty!
Yesterday my husband ordered a Single hamburger with bacon, mustard and ketchup. He paid extra for the bacon. He didn’t get bacon. None.Today he ordered a double cheeseburger plain for me. He paid extra for the cheese. No cheese. None.What’s going on there? This is my only food for the day and I am not hard to please, but two days messed up in a row is not acceptable.I hope you can get things lined out and find out why this is happening or I will have to go elsewhere for my daily meal.
I used to work at Culvers and we never disappointed in serving with a smile and helping good paying customers with their orders and complaints. Yes, there were issues every once and a while but what restaurant doesn't. I've eaten there several different times while off the clock or just on one of my off days and my food was always hot and never came out wrong, it's not special treatment, it's good service and being caring and compassionate about one another. <3
Quality food always a main stop when we are on our way to college to pick up our student. Quick Service, hot food, highly recommended.
Good food, no lid for my melting custard, onion rings a little over done but it was still good
We love Culvers food is always fresh and hot. The food is made when you order it. We would highly recommend it. Custard is great too. ???
