As a service worker, I understand being short staffed which is why I’m normally patient with just about anything. But tonight was just ridiculous. I placed an online order, waited longer than it said it was expected to be ready, then pulled up in the To-go spot and put in my number. I wait 20 minutes, watch several other people get their orders, so I decide to call. They say my order is ready and they’ll bring it right out. So I wait another ten minutes with nothing. I see other people just going in to get it so I decide to do the same. Nobody even acknowledged me, while several servers looked me dead in the eye and said nothing and moved on. I wait ANOTHER five minutes inside where nobody has waited on me. I’m so tired at this point I literally have to walk behind the counter where I can see my order that’s already been paid for on the shelf in order for someone to finally notice where they tell me “you have to wait in your car” yeah no It’s been thirty minutes and all anyone is doing is hanging out and gossiping when my order is literally right there. Won’t be going back.
I love Chili's but after the Pandemic, it has been a near constant problem with food, service or the staff in general. Whether it be notifying to have nothing on crispers and still be delivered with sauce on them, to ordering burgers that are tasteless, all the way to ordering a shot of alcohol and be charged double for a single shot. The place has turned into a joke, if you want to eat at Chili's, go to Mount Vernon. Better service, food and they are actually attentive. Two Stars, one extra given to how the building is kept clean.
Chillis ? was delicious. Had the Ancho Salmon with Steamed Broccoli ?. My wife had a salad and son had a bacon ranch chicken quesadilla. All of the food was great. Went in about 7pm on a Wednesday, seated immediately.
2 starts because the margarita and service was good. Food was terrible. Tortilla chips were sent back... rubbery and hard. Doesn't smell like a delicious restaurant.... more like a dirty sanitation bucket.
My husband and I had dinner at the bar, Kayla was the bartender and she was a max and attentive, polite and professional. All the staff was very hospitable the food and all the alcohol drinks was delicious and well made
Having to wait to be seated, several tables empty c'mon people did it ever occur to you some if not all customers are vaccinated. It's time to get back to normal. #Ludicris #Takeoffthemaskitis dummingyoudown
Food is always good not had one time that I have had to send anything back. Everyone is always polite and services is good.
I ordered through door dash& my food was cold for the 3rd Time, I even called to make sure the order was right & it still wasn’t right, they sent me a cold burger with no buns, I’m never ordering from here again, my dasher also told me they opened my ceaser dressing & put their nose to it
Do not recommend! Have ordered multiple times and every single time the order is wrong. Cheeseburger with ketchup isn’t that hard, to them though, that means plain meat patty on buns. I was even charged for an “extra” slice of cheese on the meal ticket. They don’t even give you fries when you choose the combo option. I paid for cheese and bacon fries every time and still never get them. I can’t even get a regular order of fries with the burger when I try that option. On top of ALWAYS getting your order wrong the food is cold to boot! Will not ever be eating from here again.
The food and service was excellent and the waitress was so kind and polite and very good.This was our first time to this Chili's and we will definitely go there again and recommend them to others!!Thank you Chili's for being a part of my birthday! ?
