20 min wait in drive thru, rude employees, they were out of tartar sauce, how does a seafood restaurant run out of tartar sauce.... no wonder they're closing location after location
Nice employees and heavy food but the taste is good.
Nice crispy batter on whit flaky fish. Exactly what you want in a fish & chips dinner. Prices are good and portions are generous.
Went twice and both experiences were awful, first time the worker had a nasty attitude and was wearing a shirt or sweatshirt with the word b***h on it and the second time it took 15 minutes for one order of fried shrimp and my sauces were forgotten.
Freshly cooked, fish good but not great. Too expensive. But I'd go back but only from time to time.
They let the food sit there and get cold. It was shift change time so I finally went up and ask for our food.
The workers have all been friendly to me and I enjoy the food. I always go through the drive thru.The other fish drive thru company does not stay open in this town, I am thankful for this Captain D's location.
We stopped in for lunch after I had a hospital procedure. They were somewhat unprepared. We could use cash only which was fine but there were several items from the menu unavailable. The service was ok.
Took to long to get food and they don't give you enough food
