Quick in and out dinner with a beer on this business trip. The service and attention was above average.
I've been to a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings in my life but this one by far was the worst. We sat there for almost 20 mins before the bartender came by to get our drink order(She wasn't even our server, she just noticed we didn't have anything). Then it was another almost 20 minutes to get our food order. The whole lunch meal was literally almost an hr n half. That's crazy for lunch! I've been in hospitality for most my life(20+ years) and never seen service this bad. Yeah the assistant manager comped some our meal but that just didn't seem enough. I still don't know who our server was even supposed to be. And the time before, I got takeout and wait 15mins past when my app said the food was ready. I will say that the bartender, Salsha was the only good part of our visit. She's the only one that cared if we had drinks and food. So if ur thinking of going to eat here....make sure to ask for her! She's amazing even when she has a full bar and then tryin to make sure a table not even in her section was taken care of. Thanks again Salsha!
We ate there after going to a movie. No wait for a friday night, perhaps we times that just right. Amazing staff, everyone was nice. My son is a huge sports guy so he loves it there. Food was delicious. We had wings, cheeseburgers and something else. Everything was eaten there, no boxes. Great service, staff, and food.
Always missing something in togo orders (drinks, fries, dipping sauces, etc.) Always waiting way longer than given time when there’s no one inside eating. Going to have to start asking for refunds or stop order from here all together.
Ordered 10 boneless wings and got the pictured pieces of breading and sauce. Drove in to ask what happened and the person working the front said these were representative of their boneless wings. Sad!
Not only did they stop the best item on their menus, the garlic chicken parmesan flatbread, now Bogo boneless is no longer buy one get one free. It’s buy one get one half off. Not good Buffalo Wild Wings! You are already high on your prices but when you take away the good stuff.....good luck!
The food isn't bad, it isn't good either. The service isn't bad either, its just slow. I ordered an appetizer and a soda. 45 minutes later I got my food.
I often have really bad luck when I go to ANY Buffalo Wild Wing location. It's either the host, the service, or it's the food...The only reason I went recently, was my group was heading there, and because I couldn't convince them of an alternative.This last time my service was fine, but the food lacked the quality that I paid for.Is there a number limit for cheese curds on each cheese curd burger? Honestly the veggie burger at Freddie's, down the road, is better, and several dollars cheaper.All of that said, this was actually my best experience at a Buffalo Wild Wing location in five years... ?
It took us an hour to get our traditional wings. The waitress was nice and friendly, but the food was not worth the wait.
Had a great time at B-Dubs. The chicken was fresh, my favorites Mango Habanero and Caribbean Jerk were great, and I got to watch the Salukis beat Evansville with a good buddy. Our server, this young dude, was attentive without being annoying and kept our beers flowing.Just being honest: It's been worse so it was good to see it running smooth and hitting all cylinders while I enjoyed a guilty pleasure: Bird, beer, and ball! ?
