I have been ordering spicy fish sandwich once a week each Friday when I am in that area. The fish has been real tough lately as if it sat cooked for a while. Last Friday they were out of spicy fish and the regular fish was tough again......like leather.I would have given one star but the young man in the front Brandon delivers really nice customer service each time I visited, because of him only instead of one or zero star for food they are getting 3 stars!!!
Great, got 2 gyros for 6 AND the free roast beef for doin the playoff!
I’ve been there a few times and honestly absolutely terrible customer service. First time I went the lady couldn’t hear me over the speaker. she got an attitude with me and then when she didnt understand what exactly I wanted. All I asked is that instead of an onion bun on the beef and cheese that I wanted a sesame seed bun. So she got an attitude again. The second time I went there I ordered my food and forgot to tell them I had a coupon at the window and handed them the coupon and the girl looked at me and said that’s gonna be … (don’t remember price) and I asked if that was with the coupon and she grabbed my card out of my hand and didn’t use the coupon. I then said you guys charged me the regular price not the coupon price. She got mad and another guy showed up and was like I didn’t hear you say you had a coupon when I took your order. I told them I forgot to tell them that. Then they called for the manager who wasn’t very pleasant to deal with either. With an attitude stating that I needed to tell them at the speaker that I have a coupon first. And said well what do you want me to do about it. I told her that I would still like my meal and to pay the coupon price. She gave me my money back. I have never in my life had so many issues with using a coupon. I have worked at Arby’s before not this one specifically. But I’ve had people come to the window stating they had a coupon and all I had to do was click a few buttons to change it. That’s it. No need to have attitudes and be rude.
After a day of shopping for interior building supplies..over 5 hrs!.. we finally found a person who actually smiles! At the carbpndale,il Arbys...receipt said employee ROMAN....this young man made our day. We still have hope for man kind!
Arby's has been a lifelong family favorite of ours for many years. Starting back in the 1970's. Although we still love Arby's we feel it has gotten a little to expensive for a fast food place. They now cost as much as going to a sit down restaurant for 1 full meal. $28.00 for just 4 sandwiches is a little too much.
I generally love Arby's, however, my most recent experience was terrible. First, they dumped a metric ton of sauce on my wrap and sandwich. When your meal is dripping wet it's not appetizing or edible. Secondly when I asked for ketchup I was given 5 packets for 4 orders of fries for my family. To top it off the ketchup packets had a sticky substance all over them which required a hand washing after touching them. Come on Carbondale Arby's step it up please ?. Arby's has the best food when the place is ran correctly ?.
You close at 2am. I arrive at 1030 pm. I'm the only car in drive thruYou ask me to wait a moment, 5 minutes im still waiting. Un acceptable
The gyros have lost the fresh taste that made ordering them thru a fast food window an actual option I'd consider. Educated taste buds say the meet is being held to long causing it to be both dried out in some spots and an ewy chew in others.
Fast service. Friendly. Clean
First off. Line moved briskly as it usually does..service was it's best at the window.. but the make line needs a refresher on what good and bad meat looks like.. I never have issues at this location. Always great hot food. Today marks the first time I received food that was not able to be physically consumed. Brisket was old dried out jerky... haaard jerky. Returned for a remake and received some of the same old meat that should have been tossed and not thrown on a sandwich. Never serve food that doesn't look right. Food illness isn't a game. Please Serve safe everyone again! Food illness is not a game. I'll try again another day I guess.
