As I was walking in this couple is leaving as tells us good luck finding anyone. So we said okay and went in anyway. We were seated right away. Our order was taken quickly and it wasn't long for the food to come either. Have no clue what that couple was on about. Our waitress was super nice, friendly, very efficient multitasking between all her tables. Definitely will be back

It was cozy, and the staff was nice, but when we ordered a medium steak and asked for warm water. They gave us a well done steak and cold water. When we told another staff that we wanted warm water, they told us that they’ll come back with the warm water, they never came back. And the next staff gave us cold water again. Then the fourth time, they finally gave us warm water. The whole process took 20 minutes.

Let me start off by saying that I have been to other Applebee's locations, so this is a quick review of our visit to this one. Throughout the dinner it was apparent that they need more help. From the waiting to get seated (15 minutes or so), drink & food orders not coming out together for our party, to other tables nearby having plates and glasses left over on them from previous diners. The food was good, and the service was admirable when it was there. But the overall atmosphere was not very good, including having the air conditioning cranked way up (it was very cold) and some lights above our table being out. The whole ordeal was a disappointment that I wasn't expecting. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again until things have changed for the better.

First, my family walks in and our feet stuck to the floor, then are greeted with the rudest hostess in the history of the food service. She rudely rolled her eyes and huff and puffed the whole time like her job was some incredibly hard feat to walk us to our table. Then we sit there for a good while with absolutely zero service. My wife had to go get a high chair her self and found that they was not suitable for a child to sit in because they were disgustingly dirty. After several times of the waitress walking around not doing anything and ignoring half her customers we left. There was only a hand full of customers so it wasn’t like she was alone and over whelmed. Haven’t been here in years and this is a good reminder of why. Better to close the doors than do this horrifically terrible buisness. I have a one out of five star and that was being very generous !!!

Went in for early dinner. 4 pm. 1 waitress (who was pleasant but not visible most of time) on floor, no bartender.. Food was slow 1 order (chicken tenders was delayed bc cook didn't "like how it looked") 2 orders were OK, but not piping hot.1 cheeseburger was ordered well done - it was slightly pink still.. Table & seat cushions definitely had visible tears and looked abused. Terribly disappointed in experience.

The food was edible and that is about all I can really say about it. I haven't been to this Applebee's location in a while and now I remember why. The management should really have a discussion of front of house etiquette. While our server was friendly and attentive we observed another server pouting and cussing because she had been sat a larger party at what I am assuming was towards the end of her shift. Tables around us were noticeably dirty. I wouldn't be surprised if this establishment goes out of business eventually.

Where do I begin? I ordered a 2 for $22 consisting of spin dip, fiesta lime chicken, and a bacon burger…simple. The quoted curbside pickup time was 10:42 pm. We get there at that time and check in with our phone. Over 10 minutes pass with no response so I call the restaurant. Phone rings 8 times before someone picks it up.Finally, 10 minutes later we get out order. We get home and realize we didn’t get the burger. I attempt to call the restaurant and phone rings 20 times before I give up and hang up the phone. I drive back to the restaurant. The person who helped me said they were out of burger meat “so yeah.” No apology, nothing. I suppose being out of something justifies not saying anything and cheating a customer out of food they paid for.I look around and realize this place has one employee working. One woman was working the whole restaurant by herself. Bartending, waiting on tables, taking phone orders, doing togo, etc. The cooks are watching tv up front. I decide to substitute for another fiesta lime.While we wait the manager, Danielle, comes to the bar while on her personal cell phone and picks up the restaurant phone at the same time to take a call. Not sure why she was in the back when the rest of the restaurant is going up in flames. Not once did Danielle attempt to help anyone in anyway. She proceeds to act in a rude and disrespectful manner before declaring she’s “so over people” right in front of our faces. She goes to the back and starts yelling, presumably to someone on the phone.We finally get our fiesta lime chicken. Dry and gross, sure was worth the extra drive back and additional 20 minute disrespectful wait. We ask for a discount or a comp for the hassle and abysmal service. The answer was a simple “no.” I’ll be honest.I don’t typically expect too much from a place like Applebees but the experience I had tonight was hands down the absolute worst I have ever had at a restaurant. If what I saw tonight is any indication of a typical experience in this restaurant you guys will be closed by the end of the year. Sincerely, I have no idea how this people are still in business, pitiful.

I ordered the bourbon chicken and the chicken seemed under cooked, almost like it was boild. The shrimp was over cooked. The skillet was not sizzling when it came to my table. The waiter was nice but the restaurant needs help in the kitchen.

We visited a week ago. They seemed short staffed. Maybe 5 waitress or so. Our food went to the wrong table at least twice and then they moved it from the wrong table to our table (unsanitary even before COVID was a thing). I ordered broccoli chicken fettuccine and everyone else at my table got their food at least 20 minutes before I did. I ended up taking the whole thing in a to go box and just leaving. Giving all 3 stars to the waitress we had as she was not the one who delivered the food incorrectly. She also was visibly working as hard and fast as she could.
