Simple enough order.Two doubles, no ketchup, one with no pickles.Apparently, they were upset by this?Both had ketchup.One had no pickles, and the one for the person who likes pickles?One pickle slice.Both had been so badly wrapped they weren't in the wrappers when we opened the bag.Both had slid apart, and one seems to have been intentionally smashed on a counter edge.Never ordering from this Wendy's again.
Good fast food. Great location. Can't say that about all of the other locations.

I went to the Buffalo Grove, IL restaurant because of a coupon I received in the mail for a FREE any size coffee. I really didn't want anything else that day, only a cup of coffee. The employee told me that in order to get the coffee, I had to make another purchase. I pointed out that the coupon did not state "free coffee with additional purchase". He said there was nothing he could do, because the register would not honor the coupon unless I bought something else. The restaurant was just remodeled and has a very cold unfriendly atmosphere. I will never go back to that Wendy's nor recommend it to anyone.
One day they were open. Another day they closed although the "mask required" sign is still there. If you can not enter at all who cares about masks? OK, went to a drive-through since nobody is there and have been told to wait for 6 min? Really? It is not a drive-through then but sit-and-wait. "I'll take my talents" somewhere else... :)
Service was terrible indoor dining still closed. Poor communication. Will not return to this Wendy's
