Tried the new Italian that I saw on recent ad's. It was pretty good. It did taste better than the original. Friendly there to.
This Subway refuses to honor its own promotions. I have been turned down with the Stevenson High School Patriot Savings Card prior. Today, I presented the corporate Subway coupon that came in the mail. They said they don't take it and as proof asked me to scan it where the price did not adjust. After an exchange, it turned out the cashier rang up an order that did not match our order which was the same as the coupon. Once they corrected that, of course the coupon took. But this was after 3 scan attempts and having to make my case.Go somewhere else where they don't short-change the customer because they don't value your business here, and don't care to get it right unless you are very persistent. Last time going to this Subway; there are better locations in the neighborhood.
Worst Subway experience. Rude staff and horrible service. Also food is not fresh and tiny!!! There was no cheese in our melt! It looks like a tiny tiny piece of cheese. We also asked for extra vegetables in our sandwich and she put in 2-3 pieces of lettuce more. Didn’t even put in sauces in our sandwiches..??♀️??♀️ As much as I want to support small businesses, it’s hard when the food itself is not in good condition and the staff are rude.

The lady boss, I guess the owner. Her name might possibly Bina. I asked on my meatball sub to put some spinach, lettuce, green peppers. She started starring at me, I didn't like her attitude. I wish I could give 0 stars to such places from now on.

First trip to a Subway in the Chicago area. Got my usual sub (Tuna Sub Meal), and it was tasty and filling, like usual.
Smallest subs I’ve ever had at this location. With ingredients so cheap, they really shouldn’t skimp what they put on your sandwich
Worst place, I made the mistake on stopping to get a sandwich and I was treated bad I ordered my sandwich and the person who was making them happen to take my order but instead of making mine he served another person behind me that apparently they knew each other or whatever so never stop. There again.
Worst subway ever!!!! Employees are trained to stretch meat and veggies to 1000 subs per container. So stingy... Shame I love subway
