Maybe I'm biased because I'm a manager at the Lou Malnati's locations in Indianapolis. I'm in town for training our our BG location, and I was told my coworkers to try the other chicago style pizzerias while I'm in town for comparison. I'm Gluten Intolerant, so I saw they had a GF option, and I looked up pictures to make sure they had GF deep dish, and they do, so I ordered. I also ordered a cheesecake. Pizza came as thin crust, that was very very dry, and I only ate the toppings. Cheesecake was solidly frozen. I ordered 2 waters that were listed as Dasani online, and 2 bottles of water sold at Walmart came? Delivery driver was nice though.

When I ordered I asked that it be delivered at 9:30 pm, when I got home from work. I confirmed this 3 times before hanging up. At 8:20 I got a text that the driver left my food on the doorstep. It was 25 degrees out. I called again and told them what happened. They sent the order again. This time at 9:15. Yikes. In the end, the pizza was good. The breaded mushrooms were baked rather than fried and the tops were mush while the bottoms were all burned. Not sure what happened here. I hope this was a one off situation. I really like Rosati's so I'll give them another shot. After that, not likely.
I bought three pizzas for the office and everyone was so happy. The sauce has a simple and fresh crushed tomato taste that I appreciate. The cheese was top notch.
Pizza was cold and rubbery. I placed the order at 5 pm and patiently waited until 6.10 like the site said it would be at. Nope food was delivered 2 and half hours later. The mozzarella sticks where covered in the sauce the was spilled over. I would give this place a 0 star but I can’t so take 1.
My family’s favorite pizza place in BG?? We love their thin crust pizza with olives and sausage, it’s so delicious and light. Their sausage isn’t too salty, it’s just perfect! Their wings and garlic bread are also good. The staff is always friendly whenever we call to put in an order (some places are rude, rush you with your order, and don’t explain when asking questions).
I never realized rosati's made a deep dish pizza,it was amazing! To be honest I was a lou malanitis fan but im converted now, equal amounts of ingredients made every bite worth it! Brought it home 3 hrs away and it was still warm. Definitely going to get again next time im in town! Staff was awesome thanks again loved the pizzas!

I order catering regularly from Rosatis Buffalo Grove. They have never made a mistake with my order, it’s always ready at scheduled pick up time and they are so pleasant to work with.
