I love this location the staff are always so friendly, and being next door is so convenient, and an even bigger plus the orders are always correct
I like the drive thru but how hard is it to follow an order..... missing tomatoes, peppers, mustard, mayo, oil, cheese, and pickles nearly $30 on disgusting food and silly me ordering before having to work I can't even take it back for a refund....0 stars for the dry nasty pricey sandwich. They didn't put cranberries in the salad just ridiculous. Won't be coming back clearly this was in purpose.
BEWARE: Please stay clear of this Potbelly location!Upon my visit in the drive-thru, I asked for my receipt showing what exactly I ordered (I do this since this Potbelly location has incorrect orders all the time). The employee disregarded me and walked away. I knocked the on the drive-thru window asking for a Manager - no Manager was on duty. The employee then threatened me by saying "I have your license plate number"!?!?!Employees wore no gloves, no masks, pants were so low, their backside was actually showing!!!Sandwich meat was rancid and spoiled - I threw it away.Tried speaking with a Manager on the phone a couple days later about my threatening experience and got hung up on.Needless to say, if you want a fresh sandwich, without feeling threatened, please find another sandwich company.

I come to this potbelly’s pretty frequently and it’s usually not that good of an experience. Workers never seems happy or welcoming of customers. It was still bearable with decent food but this crossed the line
