Papa John's used to deliver in 25-30 mins a and the Papa Track thing used to be accurate. Now they redesigned the app, are using DoorDash for delivery and the whole experience is horrible throughout the process. Ordering is painful, the visual part of the app is all glitchy, and after you order, good luck knowing what's going on with your pizza. Mine was ready for 50 min waiting for a driver. As you can imagine we are not going to eat anything fresh or hot today. Many similar reviews. Avoid it at all cost.
Worst pizza experience of my life. 12 people lined out the door, mostly delivery drivers. Store manager was fighting with customers and frantic. Waited 30 minutes to get to the front of line and they said it would be another hour! I would never ever go back even if it was free. 6 months later with new management it seems a little better.
We ordered a pizza and were waiting for about an hour for it. Then we received a call from driver Henry and he got aggressive AND defensive with me because he could not find the house and we were creating issues for him with words "I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PIZZA". He yelled at me and then hung up on me. When we reported the issue we were promised a reimbursement as well as that pizza and a desert as an apology. None of that actually took place. We called again 1 week later, but they told us to call back in the morning. Long story short, money were charged and nothing was returned or any help received.
I ordered at 11:56 and it’s now 1:11 and still haven’t gotten my food. I called the store at 12:55 to speak to the manager and was put on hold till the store closed.

I awoke in a clammy sweat and immediately b lined Brett’s bathroom. Took to the Walle-E trash compactor position and shamefully turned his bathroom into Shrek’s swamp. Jake came over to watch the Iowa game but had to take off prematurely after I split zitis in his direction and sent him into fight or flight. Since then, I have made 2 additional trips to the bathroom (all before 3pm). My body is producing stools of all different races, religions, and viscosities. Will my life ever go back to the way it was? Unlikely. Papa John’s large pepperoni pizza: 3/10 doubloons. 2 doubloons for teaching me things about myself that not even I should know. 1 doubloon for persistence.
I had ordered $40 worth of pizza, Unfortunately I had my grandmother pay for the food instead of me. The delivery driver lied and said the cost was $48 when it really was $40. My grandmother gave him $60 and he gave her two fives back. This is outrageous this pizza place is no more than a two-minute drive from my house.
Great pizza. Will come back for more.
One of the worst stores manager I've ever seen..very rude and no respect for customers. Not sure how this store is still surviving.
The service was fine. The food was hot and ready on time.
