I don't give less stars because you can't, lousy customer service, my food never came and they never answer the phone for help.
I had a problem with my order last night and called the restaurant but I was dissatisfied in the way the manager on the phone handled it. But before I gave a one-star review as a knee-jerk reaction, I came to the location this morning to speak with a manager in person. This restaurant is very lucky to have Rachel as a daytime manager because she went above and beyond to correct the issue from yesterday, resulting in us being very happy and this 5-star review!
Food was good but my wife's Mac and Cheese was a bit soupy
Isabella turned a bad experience into a better one. My family and I went here yesterday, ordered and after pulling up to and sitting at the window for what seemed like 10minutes, no one greeted us or said anything, I hadn’t paid, nothing… When Isabella finally came to the window, we told her our concerns and she was very nice, apologized and even threw in some free cookies. We will return since it’s the nearest and convenient drive thru Panera but we really appreciate the effort from her. So Thank You Isabella.
We went two times n went back from outside of doors check all the doors bt not open and no employees take care who is on doors n it was so cold came with my two kids so disappointed never go back only to touch doors ? never feel this kind of experience in my life. I hope no one else feel bad like my family had ?
Can’t beat the coffee subscription
I’m a 68 years old RN. After a long day of seeing extra patients in their homes because there is a nursing shortage, I ordered soup and sandwich from Panera in Palatine . Being too tired to go out to dinner, my husband offered to pick up my dinner. He went up to desk to ask if he had the right bag and it was confirm that he indeed did. I saw the receipt, very hard to read. It was not my order. He immediately went back. We live 1.4 miles away, less than 5 minutes. I called to make exchange go smoothly. They told me they were closed. They could not hand him the bag or place it outside the door even though he was there by now. I gave them a $5 tip with my order, they offered me a voucher. I replied not nicely. Restaurants aren’t the only ones hit by the Covid changes. I was exhausted and just wanted my dinner. They should have called when they saw my bag was still there or not accepted order in the first place. They closed at 7pm. ,

Terrible experience. Waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru with only one car in front of me and none behind for half a dozen plain bagels....They take my payment and make me wait longer only to tell me they're out of plain bagels. When I asked for a refund they tried to get me to take everything bagels instead and then when the manager came out she did the same thing. They didn't seem to care that they made a complete waste of my time. No apologize from the staff. Extremely disappointing.
Have had problems with the service a couple of times... both the time got an incomplete order via drive thru (half of the things were missing). Apart from that its a standard panera joint ..
