They maintain the quality of food.
This panera location keeps amazing me in their ability to mess up every online order I place with them. How hard is it to follow instructions for a three item order I'm a fast food restaurant? The soup croutons are ALWAYS missing, no matter the special instructions or my comments pleading to include the darn croutons. Sometimes items are missing altogether. I've reached the end of the line. Not many decent and healthy food options in this area but I'm not ordering from them again. Just poor experience.
Panera Bread has been one of my go to places since i have moved to USA. I really love the pizza and sandwiches here, feels light and tasty. most of all, I like how the team works so quick to get the order , right the way you want. Appreciate it.
Panera is the best. I used to go to Starbucks a lot but so disappointed Starbucks has nothing to serve except handing out a plain coffee without sugar and cream (if you don’t ask).
This was one of my favorite Paneras. Now, no personal counter service, kiosks that may not work when placing orders.Trash piling up, I had to wipe off a table so I could sit and then waited for a pager coaster that never buzzed. Found out my food was waiting minutes earlier getting cold at the preparer's counter. I think I got food poisoning from eating there.
Cathrine is one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. Kudos to her warmth & friendliness. Every Panera is the same so it’s nice when someone sticks out like that. Gives one a reason to come back to a particular location. Close to cheap gas and a dispensary so win-win.
This is how much soup was in my cup. It’s already small in size couldn’t you at least fill it up ? ??♀️
They take ages (10-25min) to get you a receipt. The sign at the door ask you to order at kiosk, and the kiosk never prints it.. I cant expense it withiut a receipt. This is second time in a row. It is my right to get the receipt and I am never ordering at this place..
No onions, not extra onions.Hard to have sympathy for food industry workers when you can’t manage to do your one job. Prepare food as ordered.
I am a regular at Panera Bread. Had some money left on a gift card so I went there. Had the "You pick two", Bistro French Onion and Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. I live about a 1/4 mile away so I walked there after completing the order in the app. My food was ready when I got there, still hot when I got home. Everything as you would expect for take out. I've had this before, really like it.
