Living close, we used to go at least 1-2 times every week. Used to be great and occasionally still was. Unfortunately seems like the quality is decreasing. Had a negative experience when we found a piece of plastic about the size of a nickel was mixed in with our noodles and the store did not care to respond back via phone or email support.Do not do curbside pickup, choose pickup and walk in instead, it will be much quicker.
Last night I ordered from the Buffalo Grove location. I don't typically order online. I have celiac disease so I wanted gluten free noodles. In the order I put add gluten free noodles thinking that is how I should order it. After I picked up the order and brought it home I noticed they didn't look right. I looked at the receipt and it said GF noodles. I had a couple of people try it and they said that it didn't seem like GF so I called the restaurant and to ask. I told the person that I needed them to be GF and she assured me they were so I ate the noodles. I was throwing up until mid-night so I called the store to tell them what happened. The manager and the cook who prepared them the night before was there and told me it was all my fault. I told him I may not have done it correctly but that is why I called to make sure. He was very rude and when I asked for my money to be refunded he said "I cannot do that" since it is your fault. I reminded him that I called because I was worried and there is no diet where it would make sense to add GF noodles to regular noodles. He just kept repeating that it was my fault and will not refund my money. He was incredibly unprofessional.
Without fail I always get one noodle that isn't the same as the rest of my noodles. AND I LOVE IT. without fail this happens at every noodles and company I go to so I really hope it's a secret standard and if not, It should become standard cause it's a little treat to me to get a surprise noodle c:
First time I ordered the noodles were very over cooked, some even a little burnt. And everytime I do order food they underfill the bowls like a lot. Why am I paying that much for that much?

Nice attendance from the new cashier. Ansmile always wins. The cook gives extra cheese in comparison with other Noodles and Co. Branches and cooks tastier. Overall the best experience in the area.
Food is good, just wish thet would label it better for larfe orders.
