We were long time consistent customers until tonight. We tried to place a simple order for ribs and the person that answered the phone was terrible, could not even tell us what came with the ribs and kept asking how we wanted the ribs, something about a bucket, and how many pieces?? I am assuming there is a new owner because I have never had a problem ordering food over the phone. If you can’t get the order right or know what it comes with I hate to see what you are going to get. What a disappointment, I guess the late 3AM, easy to order, and delicious ribs are gone. :(
Very, very bad experience. I called the pizzeria to place my order and they told me that I had to do it online, so I did, they took my order at 5:45 pm and according to them they would make my delivery at 7:15 "ASAP" ? ok anyway I had already paid I waited for my pizza according to the agreed time and my pizza did not arrive I called to ask and they had me in line for 30 minutes I went to the store at 7:50 and they told me that the delivery man had just come out to drop off ?♀️ I cancel my order I went to buy food at tizzanos pizza when I returned home at 8:10 the delivery man was outside my house. well at least for me it was a very bad experience.

Good food but bad service. I have only 30min for lunch, so my time is valuable. Twice I've received the wrong food and had to return to exchange. Yesterday, I ordered a a time order for pickup and had to wait 15min. Today, I ordered for delivery, and order time was changed on their end. All online orders. Good food, but the service is lousy.
WoW! Now this is an awesome pizza! Great service! Was here before the time stated, pizza still hot like it just came out of the oven! The delivery guy was patient, professional. I can’t wait to order delivery again! The pizza was probably the best I’ve had in the area so far! Great job Mugs!!!

It’s not the same Mugs it used to be. Pizza slices are half the size as before, and you can tell it’s new ownership. The slices seem to be premade as I asked for a Pep Sausage combo, and they said they were not able to make it for whatever reason even though I placed a phone order.The food however is still good, but the value for the slices is what made my original Mugs location that used to be on Rand in AH a regular late night spot.
