Really great service by Axel. He was so kind and friendly. My father and I had a nice fast lunch there as he had to return to work. Axel went above and beyond for us and was able to help us get what we needed for our lunch time during a rush lunch hour. Thank you Axel for your excellent customer service!
They advertise open inside till 10:00 pm but they always closed early.Big disappointment every time you never know when to go there.
I was just in McDonald's with my son. Since I was in a hurry, I didn’t check anything and didn’t take the receipt. Napkins were not put at all and apple slices were not added to my son's Happy Meal, although I ordered. There are just no words... I would have returned if I had a receipt and had a fight with them.
I bought a hashbrown and no hasbrown in the bag! I asked for hot sauce, no hot sauce! I had to leave for work so couldn’t go back to get the stuff I bought, but make sure I will be checking my bag before i leave from now on!
Nice place good food, two entrances and lots of seating. One thing was the guy that took my order did not give me good vibes and was a little arrogant, other then that everything is good.
They won't mix shake flavors - no half shamrock, half chocolate. They also can't seem to get an order correct, four times in a row no onions came with plenty of onions ... won't be going for a fifth.
You never know what you are going to get at this place. I try to just order nuggets and fries because they always screw something up. This time $3 bacon cheeseburger bundle and no bacon on either burger. I’m glad they left off the pickle like I asked.
Ordered 2 burgers and 10pc nugget with bbq. Got one burger w/ nuggets and no sauce. I know things happen - I’m a restaurant GM myself so I get it. I wanted to let them know so they could address the issue but nobody answers the phone. The real thing that rubs me the wrong way is that there is that the customer service there has been consistently bad. Last time I was there I placed my order and waited at the drive through for 7 minutes just to be told at the window it was cash only. I had no cash. I advise you inform guests of this upon greeting them to avoid issues. I don’t want anything free and don’t need a refund - I wasn’t even offered a receipt so it doesn’t matter. As one professional in the food industry to another - if management sees this please take my advice and take a look at your operation and staff. Times are tight right now with staff but it doesn’t take much to greet people warmly and take some pride in what you do. Wishing you the best -Evan
I just ordered a chicken deluxe and the chicken is old and taste bad, tomatoes so old too, lettuce so yellow, the only good thing is the bread, so sad customers has to pay almost $7 dol for a sandwich that is not even tasted good...I should get 2 spicy mc chicken at least I would pay last. Not coming back to this McDonald's ?
Best McDonalds around here. Food is always freshly made. Amazing service. If you want mcdonalds this the one to go to.
