They forgot to add in something I had ordered and the lady I spoke with refunded my entire meal for me. Great service!
Probably worst customer service at this location. Guy at window never even acknowledged me or even said ONE word (not the first time either). Order is never correct here. Asked for corrected sandwich once and was given attitude like I was the one that wrong.
It's was my first time visiting Jimmy John's. They staff over their are extremely friendly and kind. The owner is awesome. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Manager is very very kind. I will definitely recommend going to this place.
I waited far too long for my food and when I attempted to address the matter with the manager I was treated poorly and was pretty much told “tough,” we only have one delivery person right now. I work two minutes away from this location and waiting well over a half hour is simply unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again.
Terrible experience. I called this store to let them know they messed up my order. They just hung up on me and won’t pick up the phone when I call back. Very unprofessional. Will be reporting them to cooperate.
I find myself using their app for most orders and it is pretty darn flawless. Every order is accurate.I’m not much of a sandwich eater but this franchise has kinda changed my mind. Every sandwich (Hunter Club) is my favorite has been consistent and dependable in its taste and quality.The meat tastes French, the seasonings are perfect so they don’t overpower the taste and the veggies have always been fresh.I frequent the Arlington Hts, Fox River Grove and Crystal Lake locations. When I was purchasing lunch for a homeless man in our area, the AH location gave me 2 free cookies for him-an extremely sweet gesture.The perks of the app are good, too. You get freebies after a certain number of orders. Their app is easy to use!
No personality or manners at my recent drive thru experience. Guy on headset seemed legitimately annoyed that I had the audacity to interrupt his time checking his phone to take my order. Cashier had mask hanging below her nose. Really pathetic staff. Whoever is managing this place needs to be fired as they clearly are managing nothing. Get better or just close the store. Noone would care.
Today I placed an order through doordash thinking it was for this location and it was actually for another location and I didnt find that out until I was at the drive through so I asked Mark, who was at the drive through if it was okay if I just placed my order and he took my order and gave me a free cookie which I thought was really great. I have been going through a tough time and I know it’s just a cookie but it really made my day because he absolutely did not need to do that. Mark I hope you are told that you are appreciated everyday. Thank you for making me smile!

This particular location takes an eternity for delivery. I live well under a mile away and consistently wait for over an hour for delivery. Every time I call the store responds with "it's in someone's car" or "it'll be there soon," neither of which ever turn out to be true.Will not be ordering from this location again.
