Never get my order right if I order more then 1 thing. Lady rushed me through the order and repeated everything back but still got it wrong. Place needs to change.
“You need to tell me your whole order right away” when I do that, you miss something. So please do not rush me. I did not appreciate the tone. Came 6/12. Young lady was polite though.
Great wraps and coffee, and amazing donuts. They even gave me a bonus wrap for free!
For your own good, stay away from this location!We were going to order a dozen, but the selection was not good.We got 1/2 dozen, and it was awful!The donuts are old and stale. My daughter and I both became very sick after eating one of their supposed donuts. The whole place was disgusting, and the service poor.I used to love Dunkin' Donuts years ago. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are awful! Close this location down! I've had better donuts from a gas station.
Haven't been here in over a year, and this week I have decided to stop by and order thru the drive thru, on 3 different occasions they have manage to give me the wrong order smh, I have ordered a sweetened ice tea every time I have gone and they can never seem to give me a sweetened ice tea, either it's not sweetened or they give me ice coffee ?♂️not going back any time soon
I go there 4 times a week very clean and well run coffee always hot great Mayuri and Rita always have my coffee as I walk in this Dunkin is a top rated place to come to much different than others
This rating is in particular to an order placed on Wednesday. This location offers construction time order offer between 2.30 pm - 6.00 pm. We were there to place an order at 5.43 pm, the assistant taking in store orders denied initially stating that it was late and the promotion is over. However when my husband insisted that it was not yet 6.00 pm she was still hesitant but took our orders. I decided to write this review after reading another Local guide’s review that states the store charges regular price even when promotions are available.
Unfortunately they NEVER. I mean never get the order correct. Its so frustrating. Try plain bagel wuth strawberry crem cheese and grt it sliced, toasted, regular crm cheese etc. How hard is it to tgrow a bagel on a bag with a cup of strawberry vrm cheese??? They also need to how to cook egg wraps that aren't 1/2 burnt
This is by far the worst service i have experienced at any Dunkin Donuts. The girl that work there clearly have no clue what they are doing. I have just moved in the area and the 3 times i ordered from there they got the order completely wrong, every time! I tried to explain to them that they got the order wrong the previous day and both of the girls working there became very rude and insisted that they did not make a mistake and then they repeated the same mistake again right after i explained the mistake to them. I ordered a Vanilla chai and both days they gave me a regular cinnamon latte.They either don't care at all about getting the other right or they are simply not capable of taking orders from customers. Dunkin Donuts please hire people that know what they are doing and know how to be courteous and professional!
The place is a rip off. Every time there is a promotion or anything, they would charge regular and not promotion rate. And then they come up with excuses, and you just accept and pay more, because you do t want to slow the line of cars in the morning. So far, feels like that is happening every other time. So, today is my last one :)
