The chicken from this Wing stop has aways been fresh and moist..I have ordered from other wing stops that the chicken was dry and not tasty. I will order from this establishment again.
Chicken was good but there were FRUIT FLIES EVERYWHERE!!!!! And the worst part is they don’t even care!!!! So unsanitary. Never coming back here until they get rid of all those bugs.
They got my order wrong. Bone-Less - Means No Bones. & there you go. Overall great clean and comfortable place to snack at.
I don’t like to give bad reviews but since you’ll be spending your hard earned money, I really don’t understand why this location’s wings are so poor in quality. Texture, taste, we honestly were laughing because we couldn’t believe the wings tasted like this. We ordered a large pan. I wish we saved our money.
Giving a 4 star because the food was nicely done, they made everything exactly how I asked and put all 3 of my ranches in my bag as well. Fresh and hot, definitely appreciate the “attention to detail” and instructions. Only thing was that one of the cooks stopped and talked on her phone and didn’t care that I saw her but she didn’t have gloves on while doin so and washed her hands, so I guess that didn’t bother me to much just be courteous about being seen on the phone by customers
I wish I would’ve taken a photo, our wings were smothered in sauce & were delicious. Ordered online pulled up instantly & they were hot & fresh. The lady was very friendly & I couldn’t be happier with our meal.
I called to place a quick order for pick up I called at 11:25pm they close at 12midnight a women picked up said they are closed they take there last order at 11:30. Here’s my thing they close at 12 iv worked at restaurants as a person that worked in the food industry were not supposed to shut down till the time of closing which is midnight. This is not the first time they turned me away 30-40min before the actual lock up. There should be new management. If they don’t wanna stay till 12 then get a new job. Terrible service
I had the worst experience at this Wingstop I was trying to buy myself six wings bone in for lunch that’s it no side and the lady told me that I was not able to buy six wings separately I have to buy 10 or more in order for me to be able to even purchase some wings I have went to more than one Wingstop before this is not my first Wingstop where I bought jazz wings and there was no problem there wasn’t a limit on to how many I can get or how many I had to get I never had this problem before only until I came to this specific Wingstop I am irritated And will never go back to that Wingstop again
I keep giving this location chances and there food keeps getting worse. These wings are not fresh anymore they are frozen, they dont cook them fresh, they literally have baskets of chicken pre cook just sitting there to drop back in the grease to reheat with every order. This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE WINGSTOP IVE EVER BEEN TOO SENSE THEY’VE(WINGSTOP) BEEN IN ILLINOIS!! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST, GO TO OAKBROOK INSTEAD
I came here for wings the first time. There was a gentleman in the kitchen without a mask placing his fingers in to his mouth. Right after doing so without cleaning his hands or using gloves, continued preparing food absolutely gross. Attached is a picture of the gentleman. Is the one by the fryer. Sooo grosss
