You pay $10 for a brisket sandwich it should not be all fat it was disgusting!!! I was at Oak Brook a month ago it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had how could they serve such trash
This place has great food. Chicago style Italian beef. Chicago style hot dogs with all the fixings. They also have great delicious cornbread check it out wow. The drive-thru is a little busy when we got there but they took care of us quickly and efficiently recommend coming here and checking out what they have to offer as far as food. They have indoor seating as well.
Great chicken gumbo. During this last year we made the most of the drive thru. With the dining room opening up we are enjoying the experience once again . July 2021 I tried the jambalaya rice and chikin kababs vgood. We have visted several times and visted thru the drive thru May2022 I tried the crispy bufflo chkin sandwich an chikin noodle soup
The shrimp were fried too hard and the baked potato was shriveled up, hard, and cold... I had to microwave it so the butter would melt....the fries were luke warm and greasy....I have had to bring back food before that was literally burnt black and I brought it for them to see and they gave me horrible customer service!! I called them to tell them about the error and I was coming in because I wanted my food remade and I would be there in about a half an hour. When I showed up the food was waiting for me and it was cold. So instead of burnt food I had cold food at almost $100. So I had to argue with them to make them remake it once more! I almost never went back again, but I have handicapped child that absolutely loves patio so I said I would give them one more chance which brings me to this experience.. I gave them another chance and they got it wrong again.... This time I got my refund and will never go back again!!
Food is great the person taking the order was very crabby, will not come here again. This is the second time this lady was not friendly at all. She needs a long vacation
Bar-B-Que Ribs and shrimp Baked Potatoes were not hot nasty Mac&Cheese was cold, Cold Slaw was good .
Food was great but the cashier was extremely rude condescending and in my opinion should not be working the front counter
I'm giving this place 4 stars for having a large selection and nice dining area. They really have something for everyone. However, none of it was great. It was clean, friendly staff and a nice place to eat.
2/3 times getting the brisket sandwich this has happened to me. All extremely fatty pieces. I expect a little bit of this with brisket. But this is just ridiculous... I couldn't eat it. Be aware this is a possibility when ordering brisket. Either someone isn't paying attention or doesn't care or know what it's like to put this in your mouth. Tasteless and gooey. I'm very disappointed and will not even consider this place for a long time now.
I wanted something "good" to eat and I chose this place. I asked for all necessary things, salt & butter, silverware with my order. And I pulled over in the parking lot, and I did it. I ate it in my car. I enjoyed everything!! Let's say, nothing was left. I needed to treat myself. Yum, Yum and Yum. lolThe Patio satisfied that craving.
