Avoid this place like the plague! Venue is terrible, couldn't even get close to the stage because it was jammed so full of tables and that wasn't even the worst part! The drinks were ridiculously overpriced and terrible besides! Their long island iced teas had zero alcohol and tasted like pure sugar and then unbelievably, they add a 20% service charge to EVERY drink you buy PLUS 12.16% sales tax to EVERY drink you buy and this doesn't include your 20% tip! 52%+ added to every drink I order. No thanks!
We went here with a group of 8 people for a brunch event they held recently. We bought a table and for the price of the brunch event we got unlimited mimosas. Having been to brunch in other places before I came ready to EAT! I starved myself in the morning knowing I was going to eat brunch and have a good time! I don't think management organized it well that day, it was a packed house full of people. The staff coming around filling up people's mimosas was pretty good, however waiting for a "server" to come was quite annoying. We asked the guy who filled our drinks for help ordering food and he said let me go check, and management told him no he can't take food orders. As I am looking around other "small tables" got food and our table of 8 people had no attention... we were thinking what's going on? How come any servers checked our table? Now it's 2 hours later and our group is just upset, we literally wanted to order out because these people are not organized for this busy event. We came HUNGRY. We just started asking random "servers" around and complained. Sometimes your voice has to be heard. The guy who talked to us seemed a Lil rude but dude, do you understand we are drinking unlimited mimosas? Food is important to soak up all that liquor. Do a better job Tailgaters. We shouldn't have to order food at 2:30pm for a "brunch". Yall messed up for that. If your going to do brunch, make sure to eat something before coming here because these people will starve you. First experience there and was left with a bad sour experience.
Went here for a "Drag me to Brunch" show and if I could five a negative star rating, I would. Not only is the show nothing more than performers walking through the audience wanting tips, but the kitchen was "too backed up to take orders"! They are serving bottomless mimosas and no food?!?Worst experience. I do not recommend going here, or attending this farce of a show! There is no excuse for such lack of service, food, and entertainment.Suggestion: Have an actual SHOW with performers ON STAGE and have enough staff to support the kitchen and patrons who paid to attend.
The Manlet security guard with the terrible haircut and ugly tattoos takes his hourly job way too seriously. Harassing my girlfriend and her Mother about a “outside” drink that wasn’t even theirs. Overall bad presence in the bar, hurt our experience at Tailgaters. Type of person who gets an ounce of power and takes it too far, very off putting.Fortunately, our waitress was great and helpful!
We went to Tailgaters for the BHS Jazz band concert. It's proven to be a great venue for the students to perform. Last time we were here was November 2019 zo it was nice to be back. The place is always busy on jazz band nights and our visit was no exception. There was a limited menu which I appreciated. I think it helped streamline service, and we got our food faster. Servers were a bit harried with the volume of customers but they were courteous and attentive. Overall, great visit.
Bartender kept going down to the side he thought would earn him extra tips. Got 2 drinks in 1.5 hours. Would have got good tips from us too if he came down this way lol
Got ID'd multiple times even after having a wrist band (and I'm Black.) Pretty suspect if you ask me. We couldn't ever find a server and could only order food that way.
Staff was amazing, music was fun and the food was great.
Ok venue good location for live events. Staff isn't ideal at all for service to the public ! When you can see employees not wanting to be bothered it's discouraging. Not a fan of the service.
