So I decided to get the Taco Bell app to speed things up like with Starbucks and Panera bread. I ordered a few meals for me and my wife. I even had to use my credit card to place the order. When I finished the app said they will start to make the food once you arrive. That doesn’t make sense. I pulled into the drive through and told them to start the order. I pulled up to the drive through window and waited a minute. The person told me to pull forward. I waited several minutes while watching the app on my phone. It finally said my order was ready. I kid you not, I waited five minutes after that to get my food. I took screenshots on my phone of the progress and the moment they brought the food to my car. I do not want to post the picture of the employee in case there is a legal issue. I just wanted proof for TacoBell head quarters. It fell on deaf ears. Just imagine if you find something wrong with their class “E” edible meat. I found out that from a past customer of mine who owned 27 restaurants in IL and WI. I left a review message on the app and asked for them to get back to me. Final words, Do not use this restaurant. No one cares about you even with the app. They just want to market to you for free. Why let them waste you’re time.
This Taco Bell is a dream compared to the SW burbs locations. Fresh and portions are much larger.
I have No Complaints about this Taco Bell. Love the quickness & efficiency in the drive thru during lunch time. Thanks for having a Great Attitude while at work.
Was a bad experience, people using COVID as a excuse to not serve. Associates told me to use kiosk to order when I walked in because the associates acted avoidant of the front registers when I walked in. Everyone disappeared. 7 people and 3 were standing behind the food rack then another person was on the phone, the boy was the only one making food. He had made the food he gave away to the drive through correct but when he asked for my order information per my order was not showing up per how they told me to order I had to tell him, with that being said he missed adding a ingredient, no tomatos on 4 regular soft shell tacos. The girl on the phone the entire time was freaking out thinking I was yelling which I was not. But I CAN tell you this was very unprofessional. The cash registers were working but they said system was down. You tell me what was going on? At least one person stood up and did the right thing.
2 cars in front of me. Took over 25 min to get my food. Then they got my order wrong 3 times. Had to keep giving food back. They even read me my order back. 4th time got it right and more then half of my order was already cold then to top it off. They hit my credit card for 2 different charges. My food went from $24 to over $30. Now I have to dispute one of the charges.... needless to say. If I want tacobell bad enough. I'm going to another town to get it.
Underwhelming and ill prepared late night staff. Mediocre and cold food by Taco Bell standards. Other nearby restaurants a better option for a late Friday. Fast drive through.
GLORIA THE ACTING MANAGER AT NIGHT IS THEE WORSE!! SHE GAVE ME A ATTITUDE FOR GETTING THE WRONG ORDER THROUGH DOORDASH!! THEN SHE STARTED SCREAMING AT 2 AFRICAN AMERICAN EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEY SO CALLED TOLD HER DIFFERENT STORIES. YOU DO NOT TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!! I WILL MAKE SURE SHE DOES NOT TREAT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE OR CUSTOMER LIKE THAT!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
Waiting for 10 minutes to take my order but the bad part of everything was 25 minutes later I aks how long more for my order and they said we make you order next after I ask 35 for nothing I ask for my money and the manager got mad and she said we are busy making more orders not just yours wow rude never go back terrible service
Typical food, but the wait was horrendous. The person at the window asked me multiple times what my order was. I was in line for over 20 minutes with multiple other cars and no way to leave the line.
Went in for quick take out. It was clean inside, the staff was friendly and our large order was all correct.
