While I’m satisfied with the Starbucks customer support representative; I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience and the way I was treated by the four baristas/partners at the following location 261 S. Weber Rd. The Shops at Country Aire Market Bolingbrook.I was definitely treated horribly and I had the worst experience. I’ve made a purchase from this location everyday for over two years.I hope the comments/feedback I’ve left has made its way to the store manager/district manager for visibility and retraining of these four partners.

I went in two days in a row. The first day, I ordered a drink and was rung up. Unfortunately, they did not have what I wanted and did not realize until after I paid. However, they were super accommodating when changing my order. The next day, when I went in I verified that they had received a shipment so I could get what I originally had wanted the day prior. As they had, I happily placed my order. One of the team members, who had been working the day prior, recognized me and excitedly informed that they had the ingredients for my drink. The drinks were great and the staff was even better.

Always amazing service. Staff members are very friendly and never give me an issue when I want to customize my drink.

I went in to order a strawberry frappe and the sweet barista wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary but someone named vivian garcia started making a scene about cups being out or something and honestly it just made me realize how toxic the Starbucks environment is, she could’ve easily pulled the barista aside to quietly correct her about the Starbucks policies but as a customer to not have even have noticed it and for her to cause a scene about silly cups just to make the employee as well as the customers feel uncomfortable, was just appalling. vivian g is a representation of Starbucks and for her to publicly humiliate her coworkers is disgusting behavior and shows how awful Starbucks management is. shameful behavior, please put things into perspective and prioritize a comfortable learning environment as opposed to a hostile and vile environment such as this location on weber.

All good for pick up except for their in store product availability.Was looking for some VIA Decaff Instant and they were out of stock.

The girl in the drive thru tried to tell me caramel drizzle doesn’t go on caramel frappes. Except every single Starbucks puts the caramel drizzle on top without asking. Maybe they need to reteach their employees the recipes for the drinks. I also worked here for nearly 2 years and she tried to tell me they don’t do that then proceeded to turn around and talk about me with coworkers while I was in the window. Not very professional considering I could hear everything. Also when we pulled in the drive thru nobody said anything for at least 5 minutes and there was only one person in the drive thru ahead of us. Seemed as if the employees were just messing around and not caring inside

The staff hits better than the coffee! Love the AM Crew's energy, they act like they know me every time I walk in.

Clean and correct, they make the standards and make them right.However when I was there mid afternoon it was as if no one was working the register. I was there waiting for a while for my wife to take care of something else she was doing, and ended up ordering two separate times, once for myself, and then a to go order for her. Both times I waited at the counter for several minutes and had to get someone's attention to take my order.Another gripe was that they had the ambient music turned up to a level that I could barely hear the cashier. Also, seemingly no one at the other end of the bar where the drink pickups piled up could hear them either. It was a mess with multiple people handling the cups and turning them trying to read the names to see if their purchase was ready.I'd go back, but I'd stick to the drive through which seemed to get more attention than the inside customers.

This was my first time visiting this location and I loved it. Francisco was incredibly patient and kind with my admittedly complicated order, and his teammates who helped him were true teammates. I'm sad I didn't get the name of the barista who made my drink, she did a great job. It was absolutely delicious, and thank you for the oat milk reccomendation, I loved it! The place was clean, stocked, and behind the counter looked really organized. With the location they're in there's plenty of room for parking, walking, and drive thru, which is nice becuase it doesn't feel cramped yet they can handle a lot of business. This will now be my new go-to location. Thanks, team Starbucks!
