We first ordered From Sesame Chinese Cuisine in February 2022. Our initial reaction was to be impressed with how carefully everything was packaged. Not one container had leaked and any dish that had the potential to leak, had been put inside a plastic bag. Our next reaction was to the quality of the food. Everything was absolutely delicious! In the event that this was an anomaly, I did not post a review. We have since placed another order, and our experience was exactly the same. Packaging was superior, and the food was amazing! We are delighted to have our new "go-to" for Asian takeout!
Unfortunately it was an off night for them this evening. The food wasn’t very good like it usually is; pretty disappointing considering the amount of money I spent tonight and the distance I drive to get it. This is the second time it was poorly executed, most likely won’t be retuning.
Their food is always fresh and delicious. The portions are more than expected.
Since coming from Chicago and living close to Chinatown, and being Chinese myself, I have high expectations when it comes to Chinese food. One of the first things when I visit any new city or area is find a good Chinese food place. My fav to look for is one with good “faan hup”- or Chinese rice boxes. I’ve tried other Chinese restaurants, fancy and cheap, in Naperville/Bolingbrook area, and this place is by far my fav. Good “wok hai”, cheap price, no fuss, just good Cantonese food. Not saying it’s the best on earth, but it’s fantastic for the price, quantity you get, and flavors. Easy to say, sesame is my go to Chinese take out.
It's nice to have a local take out place that offers Thai dishes on their menu.
Very bad experience asked for extra spicy and they made it non spice
We ordered the spicy chicken and shrimp fried rice. The rice was not fresh, shrimp was not devined properly and wasn't spicy too. Please do make sure you deliver fresh and a perfect order.
