There are a couple of meals that my wife and I totally enjoy. The waitress, we had, was very attractive and helpful. We made sure to put her 20% in her hands. The facility itself needs freshening.I'm guessing that is why they keep the lighting so low. It can't be solely to create a pleasant atmosphere. Enjoy!
The service was outstanding. The food was prepared as we asked. Would go to this location again.
Hour long wait times because they're short of servers. Not because the lines are long. The place needs a drastic top-to-bottom cleaning because it's extremely filthy. Dust bunnies all over everything; lighting, pictures & other wall ornaments, window ledges, air vents. I know the place is fairly old, but a little cleaning from time to time would definitely benefit this establishment. Probably will not return to this location.
We visited this location on Mother's Day. We were finally seated at a booth, and there were ants on the table and window. We were moved to a different table. I ordered a margarita that was too strong to even drink. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were over done and made me gag. The portion size of the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake was smaller and on a plate, but the price was the same. There were dirty tables everywhere. This location seemed severely understaffed. The waitress was nice and accommodating. However, the food and cleanliness of this location was substandard. I've had better experiences here in the past.
This place is way to understaffed, inconsiderate of your time, and not giving good service. I ordered online at 1pm, couldn't placed an order because it wouldn't get it verified because of the the time, no matter how many times I changed it, so I order 3hrs after, got there at 3:12pm and waiting 30 minutes more at the bar, WOW! A lot of people complaining about not getting their drinks and I did curbside thought they were supposed to bring it to my car! Bring Patience with you, because your going to need her, if she's too busy go to another seafood nearby.
Our server Nikki was amazing, super friendly. The only issue we had was the fact we got there and literally every table was open and they still had us wait 30 minutes to be seated. Food was really good, wait staff was amazing. The host at the door was a man and could have more manners and explain why we had to wait. He seemed like he was being put out. He was the main reason they didn't get 5 stars. I posted pictures to show how empty it was and we still waited over 30 minutes to be seated.
This is the most run down disrespectful red lobster I have ever seen, despite giving it a second chance. You go in there even on a pretty dead weeknight and servers and staff walk by you not even acknowledging you that they will be with you and when they finally do then it’s somebody else saying the same thing. This place does not care for your business and to be honest the food when I last came here tasted as if they got the product from the Costco frozen section, so really no need for the nasty attitudes on top of that. Save your time and go somewhere else or at least a better location.
Great service!
I can think of several ways to waste $100 that would be more enjoyable than Red Lobster. The restaurant itself is dirty. Dusty fixtures. Dirty walls. Slimy glasses. Dirty fabric on the seats. Vacuum? Don't know her. Unlimited Cheddar Biscuits? Where? I ordered a salmon Caesar salad. It must've been placed on a heating rack - hot, wilted lettuce. Both of our plates had either ketchup or cocktail sauce on the side AND on my salad. We didn't have ketchup or cocktail sauce on anything. My son ordered the Ultimate Feast - crab, lobster, two types of shrimp, broccoli, and brussel sprouts. The sprouts were roasty, toasty burnt. My kid eats anything - he wouldn't eat any of his food. This wasn't the waitresses' fault. But man oh man, this was so bad.
It was a great evening! Even though they were understaff the wait was not long to be seated or for the food to come. Our waitress, Kelly, was super friendly, upbeat and tended to our every need.
