By far the best potbelly I’ve ever been to friendly staff great service great food love it!
I’ve always had problems with this potbelly and they do the bare minimum to make it right. Found an order sticker inside my salad. Grossed out to say the least. How does paper get into the ingredients??
Manager in store refused to refund me something I never bought, & then proceeded to accuse me of taking something I don’t even eat.Not a good look for the company or employees working here.

I didn't like. I asked for spinach and red onions ? and they don't carry those items in their menu. ?
My go to potbelly’s near my home lately idk if it’s staffing issues not enough employees but I’ll go there at 4-5pm and there is a little paper sign saying closing at displayed time on paper upfront after making a online pickup order and paying for it than having to go thru a refund process eating even more time. The food here is what you expect from potbelly’s but if your going to close at 4-5pm midday maybe close your carry out options and list it as closed on your website and app? No one’s going to be happy driving here to see a paper posted sign on closure this is 2021 it takes seconds to alter times online to notify folks takes seconds to setup temporary businesses hours on Google I know I have a buisness of my own in the pandemic and our hours are altered so we display that online.
We came here last night at 8pm after driving 20 minutes and they were CLOSED after both the website and google said they close at 9 ?
Don't advertise online ordering if you aren't actually taking online orders at all locations. We are in a pandemic, how are people in quarantine supposed to get food from here when the only option is going in store?? Take the advertisement away if its not available.
Ordered sandwich on line - asked for extra cheese - I received zero cheese. Bread was burnt. Chicken salad had zero taste. Very unhappy with the experience.
One of the best sandwich chains in town. Good sub variety, good side options, good healthy options, and a good environment. While a little more expensive than it's competitors, it is worth the extra $
