Potbelly Sandwich shop at Bolingbrook, Chicago was a very pleasant visit. We came there hungry from a bowling competition, and we relished out orders.Ok, so the shop is quite a petite place, not so big a space but very accomodating.We had Chicken Club Sandwich, with the multi grain bread. The chicken Club Sandwich comes with grilled chicken, apple wood bacon,and cheddar, then you can add other things like lettuce, tomatoes, pepper, pickles, cucumbers and many more vegetables as you wish. It tasted really good, i enjoyed it.....rather we all enjoyed it. We had it with lemonade, sprite and Fanta....we refilled as much as we can. Lol.I believe Potbelly is a lil underrated. I notice so many people don't patronise them or talk I'll about them, but I believe they are good. I will encourage people to visit them and see what I'm talking about.They also had this very lovely chocolate cookie that may cousin and i couldn't resist, it was really nice. They also had other kinds of snack that you can grab along.Potbelly is a good place for quick bites. You can have your breakfast lunch or dinner.
This store is the worst Pot Belly’s I’ve ever been to. They advertised buy one sandwich get one free . It never happened they charged my card full price for 2 sandwiches and has given me the run around regarding my refund. The manager J T there continuously lies to me about my refund. No more Pot Belly’s for me or the family. Worst place to go to.
Very good Potbelly to eat at, but they do it a backwards on having you choose your items before your sandwich is made. You don't get to see the person making your food and see if they made the sandwich to your specifications. However it is very clean and staff is really customer service oriented.
Cashier was awesome! Nice, pleasant and upbeat. Clean establishment... and cleaning tables and floors when I left.
Ordered chocolate chip cookies, got sugar cookies with no explanation why. Could've sworn i saw one of the guys handling a few chocalate chip cookies
Not good. Bread taste old, not much flavor in sandwich. Gave it a try for the BOGO deal. Save your time and money and eat Jersey Mikes. My go to.
Girl who took our order had attitude. Food was loved by the three of us.
Slow slow slow. Very disorganized. If you think ordering online would be quicker then you'd be mistaken. Took them almost another half hour to get my order after I showed up to pick it up.
The slowest potbelly experience ever. I believe this shop is understaffed and not organized. The workers are kind but they need to work more efficiently and faster. I came here 3 times and each time I had to wait well over the estimated time.The longest wait was when there was a promotion for BOGO, but it was mobile only so I ordered on my phone for pick-up. Another couple who walked in the same time I did, ordered in person, they got their sandwich with-in 10 mins or less. I waited over 40 mins for mines. Never had I had to wait 40 mins for a sandwich.Not coming back to this Potbelly shop anymore, will have to travel to other suburb and try that out.
5 stars. The staff went above and beyond for my simple birthday milkshake. They gave me a card an everything!! Everything was delicious and perfect and they made my day feel so special. Such a great and friendly crew! They also always gotten my order correct and are always kind. This is an awesome Potbellys team!
