My local pizza hut, always had good experience at this location. They always have some good deals going on.This is pickup or delivery only pizza hut, you cannot dine-in at this location.
Ordered a celebration bundle and an extra side of marinara through the pizza hut app at 4:41 pm. I received a confirmation email and a tracking email. Was supposed to be delivered at 5:15 pm. Waited until 5:35pm to call the store to locate the delivery. The lady on the phone was polite and respectful, but I was informed there was no such order. Never had a bad experience here before. I don't know if it was the app or their service, but this was a terrible experience. Thank God I chose to pay in cash.
Their bread stick are so good! I quite often just get them for lunch
What a joke. I ordered a dinner box on Monday Feb 7th 2022, via the pizza hut app. Confirmation email said it would be ready for pickup at 4:00PM. I stopped at 4:00, and there was NOBODY WORKING. Doors locked up, but there was a young man there who was scheduled to work at 4:00PM, and said he was one of four people supposed to work today. He couldn't get ahold of any managers, other employees, or anything. How does this happen?You'll never get a penny from me again!
I used Bolingbrook location many times, always nice people and very good customer service. The lady at the front desk was really busy but she was still very polite and professional. Five stars :)
I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Pizza Hut...grew up on it! The staff here knows me well, and is always incredibly friendly and prompt. Great local place.
Food is always fresh, delivery is usually really prompt, had a longer than usual delivery time today, but they were really nice and apologetic and good was great.
Paid double the price what we usually pay at Dominos because we were expecting cheesy pizza but no and top of that the customer service was bad. So no I would not recommend pizza hut to anyone.

This pizza Hut always delivers fast and on time. Today I scheduled a later delivery, and I think they came at the exact minute I requested!I'm taking off one star because, well, it's pizza Hut - not exactly gourmet pizza, but fast, moderately cheap and super easy.
