Ordered 11:30 pm pizza, and got DOUGH!
I don’t know why all the bad reviews? These guys and gals delivered a last minute pizza to us on thanksgiving and they nailed it. Got here 20 minutes before the projected time and the pizza was good and without any errors. Thanks y’all!
Our clutch thanksgiving travel dinner. This PJ’s location was incredibly friendly, very quick, and everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this store for your everyday pizza needs!
if i could give zero stars i would but the lowest i can go is one. i ordered a pizza and wings here and honestly the food from my middle school lunch was better than their food. the pizza was bland and didn’t taste good at all. the wings were rubbery and had almost no sauce on them and the cheese sauce that came with it was disgusting and tasted like the cheese you get from walmart and even then the walmart cheese is better. i will never be ordering from any papa johns location and will stick with pizza hut because at least they can make good wings.
I will never order here again. I ordered a cheese, sausage, bacon, and bellpepper pizza online. When It arrived to my home, it was not what I ordered. It was a cheese pizza only. When I took the pizza back to the store, an informed them that the pizza I received was not the pizza I ordered. The store employee seem unconcerned, and told me that they could not change the order due to I ordered the pizza online. There was no apology for the mix up. I was told in a very unconcerned, unprofessional manner, I can refund you your money back. Needless to say, I had them to refund me my money back. The customer service at this store is very unprofessional for it to be a new store location..
Fast delivery, food was good but it wasn't hot as the delivery driver left it out in the cold without calling as was instructed because I do not have a doorbell in the basement. Its not hard to read durections and make a two second call or text
Pizza/Cheesesticks are often undercooked. 2 more minutes in the oven would make a huge difference in getting a better pizza to your customers. Little Caesars is much cheaper and cooks their food until it is done. Had this same exact issue with the previous Papa John's location in Bolingbrook years ago.
We always have a great food when ever we ororder from Papa Johns. The only bad thing was I should have ordered more.
Get the good deals by using the app. These guys are always fast and friendly and the pizzas are hot and tasty. It's not mind blowing, it's Papa John's.. they all taste the same.. but at least here it's as good as the franchise gets.
