Panera never disappoints. Was there for lunch. Service quick and efficient, food delicious. Staff friendly. All around excellent experience.
The only issue is they never get my wholle order correct. I often forget to check my order but if I pay they should get the order correct when my order is $50 ;most offen
Was not greeted by not only 1 but 3 employees when my boyfriend and I walked in and then stood at the register. 1 employee was standing there from the moment we walked in and watched us walk to the register and never said a word. Then 2 other employees, 1 walks to another register and the 2nd walks by the register area and neither says anything! Not only were we NOT spoken to but stood directly in front of these 3 individuals couldn’t even get ACKNOWLEDGED to place an order. My boyfriend and I both looked at eachother and decided not to continue to be disrespected and waste any more time. We arrived around 7:10..7:20pm 3/29/2022. Haven’t been to a Panera in years and I was just reminded why. Will NEVER come to this location again!Not to say this was racially motivated but myself and boyfriend are BLACK and all 3 working individuals were WHITE. Take this information as you want.Taco Dale serviced us much better too! ?
Staff is always very nice when you go in. Someone always says Hello. Food was good. I had a Turkey Bacon Bravo and Chicken Rice Soup. Could have used a little more turkey, but still tasty none the less. Never leave without a chocolate chip cookie. Yummmm.
Picked up an online order to get back to work to open this up. The picture doesn’t show to well but there’s def a lot of pink for what’s supposed to be a chicken sandwich. Called 5 times no one picked up to get my money back. SMH too bad my lunch is only 30 mins if not I’d def go back! Please don’t order from here!!!!!!
I've always been a fan of Panera Bread. This one is clearly newer because it was absolutely beautiful and very nice inside. This is a nice place to sit inside with your laptop or your phone can just have a nice quiet morning with some really good food.
Cheddar Broccoli ? ? and the Bread with a ? Sandwich Fantastic .

Food is always tasty here and they do let you know when ordering if they are out of an ingredient and what they can substitute it with. Staff is polite and they will go through your order to make sure they got it right. Their bread is to die for.If dining in, jeep in mind that it is kind of cramped and does not have a bug capacity. They try to keep it clean but will clean the table right away if your wish is to sit somewhere that has not been cleaned yet. Also, every time I have been here, there is always boxes and chairs around so it is difficult to move around the place.Overall it's a nice location.
It took 20+ minutes in the drive-through waiting for 2 salads and 2 soups. Got home to find out the chicken was not added to one of the salads and what was supposed to be 2 of the same veggie soup were 2 completely different soups. Three of the 4 items ordered for a total of over $35 were wrong. Do better Panera!!!
