I wanted to commend the young lady who took my order in the drive thru.Her name was Kaitlyn. She was so thorough. I was customizing a sandwich & not realizing what all actually came on the sandwich, Kaitlyn was very detailed, very patient & you could her kindness in her voice over the drive thru speaker. I got up to the window & they had a fun question of the day. We laughed at my answer & I pulled away feeling valued as a customer. Thank You Kaitlyn for bringing a smile to my face. I wasn't feeling the best which is why I was picking up soup but for the few minutes I spent in the drive thru, I was feeling a little better. The Bible says laughter is good medicine & thanks to Miss Kaitlyn I got just that. I came for soup to feel better & got a dose of kindness & laughter to go with it. Panera management I hope u know what an asset Kaitlyn is. Thank you & GOD bless!!!!
I decided to give them another try after bad orders in the last few months. Two orders of a salad with no chicken..last order..barely any chicken and again..only 3 pieces of chicken, brown lettuce and way too many apple chip pieces. Not worth the charge of $12
This place is disgusting. The floor are filthy when they open. Guy who oped the door was filthy. 7 am and only one coffee was ready. Never seen a Panera Bread so unkempt.
Good food as always... Not awesome, just consistent and good.

From the minute i walked in i knew it wouldn't be a pleasant experience for me!!! Absolutely filthy floors, bathroom the worst.the food mediocre at best, the wild rice cream chicken soup just horrible, 1 cold, 2 watery, 3 tasteless. The salad greens wilted and days old looking, not to mention stale bread!! And of course as alot of people already know overpriced n small portions..
Horrible service when I went sadly they were under staffed, but when you ask for your dressing on the side, it shouldn't be in the salad... Then the woman behind the counter said it would take 15 minutes to make a new one... this was my 1st time at this Panara and it will be my LAST... Totally disappointed
Always good food. Service is good too. I will not hesitate to go back.
Very Well Mismanaged. Went there on a thursday, due to short staff lobby was closed. Went to the drive thru after waiting for some time, placed my order, waited some more and at the paying window I was told they did not have the items I wanted. Could have told me that when I ordered. Ordered online the next day, lady forgot to put my order by the rapid window. Then I drove away but luckily checked my bag, it was missing chips that come with the order. I get it, with covid its rough but did not need to have this terrible experience. This location is definitely mismanaged.
Everything seemed alright, except the portion sizes seem to be getting smaller and smaller
