Managers a jag and the lady taking orders was told 3 times what the order was and still got it wrong. Then gave me a faded receipt so I can’t even report it.
Wasted 20 minutes in the drive thru. They are always so slow here and not very polite. I started the order, oh we don't have that... ok can you cook it?, yes. Ok I'll wait.... I'll also have this, oh we don't have that... ok can you cook it? Umm no we don't have it. I spend at least $30 each time I go. They are always so horrible here. If they really don't have certain things they should post it on the board or tell the customers before they try to order. Stuff like this happens every time I go to this location only. Hire people that actually know how to work and want to work maybe.
Worst Panera express location I’ve ever been to. Spent over 20 mins in the DRIVE THRU with only 2 other cars in front of me the whole time. Had to waste pretty much my whole lunch break sitting and waiting. And they were not busy, the store was empty inside. Don’t come here unless you don’t mind your time being wasted.
Mobile order was placed. Order ready for pick up at 1:16pm. Waited long time in drive thru only for them to tell me I have to come inside. Never had to do that for many times prior. Come inside they tell me 5 more minutes. Currently 1:39pm still nothing. Now I'm late to work by 20 mins. Thank you weber panda express. Awful
Very clean and organized , also happy the workers communicate when food is getting low and not wait till dish is empty to say they need more of something which causes the customer to have to wait 10 to 15 min for food
They shouldn't be consistently turning away people AN HOUR before they close because they decided to stop making food. Either update your store hours or find employees who are willing to actually work.
Great service! I didn't catch her name but the woman who helped me at the drive thru at lunch today was very pleasant. Got through the process quickly too. Great job to all working today!
Food was good but he amount of food is definitely decreasing. The food take out cartons are smaller for the plate. Prices are the same or a bit higher too.
Food tasted good. I had the teriyaki chicken and the honey nut walnut shrimp. The shrimp was delicious but the chicken doesn’t come with the sauce on it and they give you a pack of cold sauce on the side. Just not the same. The employees are super rude. I walked in with a mask in my hand and she immediately schooled me telling me get a mask on. I smiled and said oh sorry it’s in my hand. When I put it on , she still demanded it be on my face a certain way. She was NOT polite. This is not a very respectful, enjoyable establishment. Food wasn’t hot and they forgot (conveniently forgot) to give me utensils. Super frustrating. I love Panda but will not be coming back to this location. Not all Panda Express are the same. Too bad. Kindness is important…
worst restaurant i’ve experienced. I came in around 8 pm after doordashing. Line was going down the street so I went inside. All they had was orange chicken, 2 pieces of some angus beef stuff, stale fried rice, dry noodles, & old egg rolls. Do not recommend going unless you know the food is fresh. Very upset I went out of my way & got stale old nasty food. If you guys close at 9:30 pm & it’s busy have food out & ready. Not to mention it was the weekend so of course it’ll be busy at night.
