Just disgusting. Completely disgusting. Found a bug in my food, which is an immediate sign of neglect and improper cleaning. I was in the restaurant for all of 10 minutes. ALL of the food was old and cold. Horrible selection at that. Wouldn’t be surprised if I was eating 2 day old unrefrigerated food. I asked for a refund after barely touching my food and he wouldn’t even refund me fully. How is this business still running? Run in the opposite direction. I promise you will regret stepping foot in this establishment.

The food wasn't the best food that I've eaten Chinese buffet. A lot of the food that they should have but they didn't have. And it was okay we had to wait for somebody to come up front because they were short staffed here Um but our waitress or a server was actually in very well to take place away very quickly and get them out of our way.
We have lived in Bolingbrook for 17 years and have eaten at Osaka Buffet since it opened. We have always enjoyed it and the food has always been good. I do not agree with any of the bad reviews. In fact, I eat there today. Food was fresh and delicious and got my hot tea right on time and my plates were cleared timely.
The food and staff are great here. Its a buffet with all kinds of food. My family and I eat here often. I give it a huge?!
I ate many different types of food, which is what I went there for. The staff and service was pretty good but I would say the food was not top notch, that it wasn't worth $21/person. There were a few dishes that were coming in from the back, freshly made, so that was good to see. No one likes food that was prepared hours or days ago. I think I would be dishonest to myself if I gave this place a 4 star or higher, because I just don't see myself going there again.
If i could give this place 0 starts i would but i have to chose at least put one star to put in a review. I paid over $62 for 3 people when we got in there was barely any food available. The lady in charge was looking and saw that there was no food available but that didn’t matter. I wish this place was more considerate with its customers especially after how much they charge.
The food was so dry and or very hard from sitting out for so long. Very poor cleaning around the food. When I spoke to the actual manager, he didn't care, refused a refund walked away saying goodbye. I own a business and I would NEVER treat a paying customer this way because they are what keeps ur business going. The man was very rude and very inconsiderate. I have been coming here for some time but I will be sure to let my friends/family to NEVER EAT HERE. DISGUSTED. Lost our business for sure.
I don’t recommend this place. I wish I could have read the reviews first! Guess a lot of people felt the same way! Food quality is terrible. Food taste old maybe left overs idk. But it’s not worth it. It’s expensive! For the service and quality they offer. They charged us $15 for our 2yr old. She’s 2 years old!! Ridiculous.. in total was $48. If your looking for a buffet this ain’t the place to go. They barely have any food choices like other buffets I have visited. We’re out of state but hopefully this review and everyone’s else’s helps others save there money and go else where.
If you come before 3 you’ll be charged lunch special. But if you come 2:59 and before 3:30 you’ll be charged in the dinner special.We came in at 2:59 and we were charged for dinner rather than lunch.The signage says dinner starts at 3:30 but there is no clear information that you’ll be charged dinner price if you get there at 2:59-3:29.Asked the manager if there is a way to clear the verbiage but he said “Not enough space”On top of that some of the food was stale and one customer found hair in their food.
