Haven’t been to Olive Garden in many years. Had a taste for their salad so we went. The server, Kevin made our visit excellent. Such a nice young man and wasn’t overly assertive but yet stopped by enough to make sure we were doing good and enjoying the food. Wish there were more servers like Kevin out there!

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was about as good as Olive Garden can be. The salad and breadsticks didn't disappoint. The main courses are just mediocre quality Italian food. Not very authentic but about what you would expect from a chain restaurant. I did mention to the host and to the waitress that we were celebrating a birthday and we did not get any celebration from them. I was expecting even something simple like a scoop of ice cream with a candle but none was given. I thought for the quality of the food the prices were pretty high.

We added our name to their guest list 20 minutes before we arrive via Olive Garden Bolingbrook website , we checked in as soon as we arrived and didn't have to wait for a table even during dinner time. So add yourself to the list before you arrive, if you don't wanna wait in line.Chicken Marsala was delicious as always . They used to serve it with mash but now they serve it with Alfredo , I wish they bring the mash potatoes back as a side dish of this meal. I had Italian Margarita ?, it was good.My husband had their never ending soup and salad , he had Minestrone , Chicken&Gnocci soup , he likes them both a lot .Our helper Stormy was a sweetheart, helped us with a big smile , thank you for that.

I placed an online catering order for their build your own pasta bar and a cheesecake at 11:30 pm for pick up the next day. I arrived at my scheduled time and they were super prompt in bringing it out to my car. Everything was still pretty warm when I got it home. All was well packaged and labeled. It was really delicious! Thank you!

I did not care for the food at ALL. I spent $80 for a family of 3, and I could have made way tastier food at home. It took 20 minutes to get 1 beer. When we asked for oil and cheese our waitress said that it wasn't possible and seemed to not understand the request. The manager had to provide us oil and cheese the 3rd time we tried explaining our request. Save your money, eat at home. 2 stars given for the friendliness of the staff.

We used to order from this location regularly (once a week at a minimum). After 4 notable incidents with our food & only because my husband insisted I gave them another opportunity, I hadn’t called it to inform management in order for them to be more careful with packing the food in general & particularly checking that deserts do not come with ‘date stickers’ on them; a 4th time was enough. I called & was transferred to the acting manager who promised a refund at least of the item of concern on that last order. This was on 1/28/2022 & after almost a month, I doubt anything will be fulfilled on their end. Neither the manager or corporate have reached out to us, even if they do not refund, as they offered without me asking for it. As I clarified to Olive Garden, I do not like complaining, yet it is very unacceptable & disappointing to be treated this way after being regular customers for a good while & not fulfilling an action on your end.

Monday evening, Feb 21st, we went to dinner at Olive Garden, it's been a long time since we've been there. I'm so glad we went on this particular evening because we had a great server! Kevin, or Kev as they call him, was awesome! He had spunk, he's considerate, he called us lovely people, he called my husband boss, he helped me decide on a meal, he checked on us a few times, which I appreciate, and just a fun young man! My husband and I really enjoyed our server, Kevin! And of course we loved the food!!Thank you, Kevin, for adding to our lovely evening and yes, we hope to get you again when we go back!

Olive Garden is nothing if it's not consistent. And that's what my dear hubby enjoys about it. Low risk, high reward. The falls and breading were tasty as always. I had spaghetti with meat sauce and he had chicken fettuccine alfredo. I wish I could get mushrooms in my sauce. Jordan, the server, was kind and attentive but a little stiff. He could stand to relax and not change the tone of his voice when he speaks with his customers like he's scared they won't leave a tip.

I tried the new fried shrimp, fried bell peppers and fried onions that comes with the two dipping sauces, one for the shrimps and one for the bell peppers and onions that's fried and it was awesome. Everything came out nice and hot. Shrimps were nicely seasoned. It's a must try and the waitress was very polite as well.

We used to love coming to this Olive Garden, but the food was absolutely horrible cold and honestly lean cuisine makes a better chicken Marsala. Very very disappointed on top of spending close to 70$ definitely will not be back. Times are tough I understand but the quality of food at a restaurant needs to be better than a frozen dinner
