Very nice place with some good icecream. You can tell how fresh the icecream is with the ingredients they use. I would recommend to come here they also have a station to play chess.
Milkshakes had way too much milk. The chocolate wafer just sank to the bottom.
Window service a drag - but nice terrace here . Better overall experience than Andy’s custard.15-20 wait in line at the window.
I ordered chocolate coconut almond ice cream and was told they did not have it. There was a mistake in the making and only made the ice cream coconut. I said I’ll take it but to also add cookies n cream. At the register I asked again, to make sure I’m getting what I asked for, and the girl at the register said yes. I drive away. I only got vanilla ice cream. A total disappointment.
This place is very unsanitary and workers are very unprofessional! Waited 15 mins for them to give me my order just for it to come back completely wrong and the opposite of what I asked for. Then waited another 15 minutes for it to come back WRONG AGAIN. I asked to speak to the manager his name is Paul and he’s just as bad as his employees. Very disrespectful and no help at all. I will not come here again. I rather drive 30 minutes to the next location instead!
Came to this location and ordered a regular fudge brownie sundae and regular hot fudge sundae. When we went through the drive-thru we paid the full amount for both, and we discovered they replaced the fudge brownie with a coffee waffle bowl. We went back through the drive-thru to tell them the order was wrong and they told us the fudge brownie sundae was actually sold out. We told them we would take another hot fudge instead to replace it, which is $2 less than the fudge brownie. When we got to the window they tried handing us somebody else's order to which we told them that not only is that NOT our order, but the order we received just a few minutes ago wasn't right either. They handed us another hot fudge sundae, but because it's cheaper than a fudge brownie sundae I thought I would ask for the $2 back. They seemed inconvenienced and told us "since you already paid, I don't think we can give you just two dollars. Keep the coffee ice cream." I realized at this point I couldn't do anything so I drove off. I don't even like coffee flavored ice cream so yeah no. I know it's two dollars but it's the principle of the matter. With all the extra time I had to spend sitting through the drive-thru, dealing with them at the window, AND writing this review, I think about how much time could have been saved if I had just been informed from the get-go that my requested item was out of stock instead of being handed something I didn't want and then basically told to be grateful for what I received. Frustrating lack of communication and then the refusal of a refund made me feel further disserviced and disappointed.

We love a good Oberweis ice cream place! Their shakes are out of this world and their root beer floats are even better. I love their eggnog shake and wish it was offered year round. They are in a building shared withTwo other restaurants which makes it a perfect dinner and a desert location
Manager is unprofessional and doesn't take his work seriously. Hope this disrespectful joke comes back to bite you. Making up names. His bs excuse was "I have fat thumbs."
