Excellent service. Ice cream is delicious. I highly recommend Oberweis for those visiting Illinois
Unfortunately this visit to oberweiss was sub par. We have enjoyed this ice cream in the past but a few issues this time made it disappointing. First, the amount of ice cream in a two scoop cup was small compared to our other order. It didn't even come to the top of the cup. Secondly, the cherry ice cream tasted like freezer burn. The freezers in the store looked trashy. There was garbage at the bottom (box scraps, discard products, and just dirty) and the freezer products were covered in ice. Even if there was a problem with the freezers, they should be embarrassed to have the store look like this.
Emily at the Bolingbrook Oberweis was very helpful with product detail. She was kind enough to bring samples to our table. Explained that the eggnog beverage is a seasonal product. We purchased additional products after experiencing Emily's kindness.Thank you.
this store is very nice.. I was served by jace and they were very helpful during my visit.. I recommend visiting!
Extremely disappointed. On 4-28-22 at 3:30 pm I went into the store to order 2 large shakes. The store was not busy seeing I was the only customer in the store. I was given my 2 shakes in a cardboard carrier. Went out to my 2 year old car and whe n setting the tray on the passenger seat, both shakes completely flipped out of the carrier emptying the entire contents on the set and running down into the carpet. Neither shakes were set properly or deeply into the carrier. This negligence on the clerks part I now have to pay to have the upholstery and carpet professionally cleaned as well as being deprived of the shakes I just spent over $18 on. I definitely will never return to Oberweis for any reason and will share my experience to anyone who will listen. This is totally unacceptable.
Jace, Luca, and Roberto made my day!!! Cant wait to order ice cream again. The service is 10/10. Was greeted at the door, and given top quality service. Jace recommended and amazing treat. Luca asked how my day was, and Roberto held the door for me as I left. What a place to be!

We love Oberweis! Great ice cream, root beer floats, sorbet. Always clean, lots of table space for our group, and love the the chess tables. Thank you Aiden and Emma as well as the other great team members!
