Horrible location! Nasty attitudes from the “managers” and I say managers jokingly! Twice they messed up my order when I specifically said my child had a food allergy of tomatoes/mushrooms! Both times they added that into my bowl! I called just for their lousy manager to say “he could offer me a coupon” forget that had my child consumed this meal he could he hit with a lawsuit! Save yourself and go to the Downers Grove location!
Horrible!! The noodles were hard like they'd been sitting out and the cheese sauce(?) for my Mac n cheese was runny and tasteless and there was barely enough to coat the noodles. Same with the bowl my friend ordered. Neither of us could finish our meals.
They have changed out their menu since the last time I have been there and there is a large selection of food that is pretty good.
Very disappointed in my order. I had the buttered noodles and parmeaean crusted chicken. The chicken was burned the noodles had some pink stuff under them. I threw it away. A waste of money. I live overseas and have not had noodles and co in over a year and could not believe what they gave me. I won't be returning to this location and I hope this is only an isolated thing. Noodles and company is usually very consistent but this was awful.
Good food the mac and cheese is some of the best around.

I asked the employee if he could mix the mac and cheese that I ordered and he responded that he “wasn’t sure if he could do that”. He didn’t mix it and then when we started eating it, we discovered it was cold, had a black spec in it, and we found a few hairs in it. We couldn’t eat it anymore.
When we walked in we told the server that we were vegan. I asked what the sauce was for the Cauliflower Rosa, and told it was tomato. I also told them no cheese. When I got my order, it was a very heavy tomato cheese sauce. I like Noodles, but please educate your people on what vegan is.
We had takeout dinner for 4 this evening.Everything was perfect.Melody, the phone person was so nice and helpful.I had not noticed this location before but I will now be a consistent customer.
I was waiting 8 minutes while the cashier girl was chatting with her friends/customers, as the only other employee was on her phone in the kitchen. It was not busy but still took a while to get my small order. Will not be coming back here for sure:)
