Great food, amazing customer service. The son is a wonderful young man to talk to, defiantly will be coming back.
Last time I will go there. Their attitudes are horrible. It always seems like their customers are a bother, we were greeted with attitude from the time we walked through the door. My 3 year old daughter accidentally spilled her raspado a little so I asked for a napkin, the older gentleman seemed to be upset that I was using ONE napkin to clean off my daughters hands and the floor. He rudely said “you didn’t need to grab a napkin to clean the floor I have a mop” his attitude and tone of voice caught me off guard and was a bit embarrassing as there was someone else in the store.Definitely lacking good customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I’ve been going there for years because the snacks remind me of my childhood. However, I’ve had enough of the older lady’s super rude attitude. She just keeps getting worse! I go there about once a month and she acts as if she’s doing me a favor. She knows me and she never ever cracks a smile, says hi or says thank you. Im done with them! If she hates what she does, then she should not be in customer service. I’ll be going elsewhere to get my treats.
Not the best attitudes from the woman working here but I did really enjoy the fruit with cream and other treats I got .

Terrible service and overpriced. 1 medium mangonade for $6.24 which I think is fine but then same size medium vanilla ice cream is for $11.28... Parents if your teens are going to this place after school for a little treat, be warned that they are most likely going to get price gauged. Old lady and old man are super rude and not pleasant to even deal with when paying. Plus the old man was trying to scoop up the ice cream and was having such a hard time with the little scoop he was using that everytime he made a ball out of the ice cream and then picked it up with the ice cream scoop that his hand would touch the ice cream.... I Know for a fact that I will never come here or reccomend anyone to come here. Go buy the ice cream from the store rather then coming here...
El elotero, paletero y el de los raspados ALL in one. This place has so much good stuff I always walk out with more than I came for. Great place.
I got a strawberry water, which is made with milk, and the water tasted sour and also like plastic, I’m assuming they keep the water too long and they don’t even have the waters in the front. the lady in the front also had an attitude and was not very welcoming. I would 100x rather go to La Michoacana.
