We ordered an: XL SUPER THIN Half Pepperoni - Half mushroom and Light green pepper (2) sides of pesto aioli We received: XL ORIGINAL thin Half Pepperoni and mushroom - Half??? There were a few pieces of mushroom on the other half and maybe 5 pieces of green pepper. I called to let them know and I was offered a new pizza (it was already after 7:00pm and I didn’t want to waste food or anyone’s time). Or a %15 percent discount on my next order…. So… they would send me a new pizza that was close to $30, plus the time of delivery driver or $15% which would be $4.00 or so….
Pat Took my order, and nothing less than so kind, helped me by sending over, not just a Delicious Pizza, w/ Sausage and Black olives, but a Large bowl for water, for my Husky!! You just can't get Great pizza in SE Tennessee, so this was a treat, not too mention the Real Italian Cannoli!! Also not available in TN. Thank you, Pat!!!
Have not had in so long got the BBQ chicken pizza still as bomb as I remember it being ! So good
I waited over an hour only to find out they gave my order to someone else! Then waited for another 10 minutes while they tried to sort it out. Didn't even offer me anything to make up for their mistake. Had to go elsewhere for dinner. What a waste of time! They will not be getting any more of my money.
I enjoy Godmother sandwiches and it was awesome and two before that I got family size and it was great pie and u get my business
This Nancy's was my new pizza place to go when I'm eating dinner by myself. Grab a slice of sausage or two, and then recently get a Caesar salad and a cannoli along with it - great meal. Today I go in to get a slice and am told they won't have any slices until the summer - guess I need to find a new pizza place. Great food, only 3 stars because I can no longer go there.
Pizza was delicious my only complaints are waiting almost 2 hours to get it they didn't cut my pizza and the chicken is tough and dry. They need better chicken or sell the beef sausages as a pizza topping

Absolutely our favorite pizza place! It's must go to when we come into town. Both the deep dish and thin crust are our favorites
