Ordered online and the pizzas were underdone and just a mess. My bbq Sriracha swirl was just a glob on the one pizza and on the other they thought they were out of banana peppers and then just threw them on at the last minute. I would give a lower review but I usually have a good experience at MOD....just not a good impression at my first time at this location.
Excellent staff, everyone is super friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs! Great environment to be in, it was clean and had fun music. I love how fresh the ingredients are and the prices are unmatched.Will definitely be back!
Entire staff seemed untrained, while waiting in line the employee who would put ingredients on the pizza had to read off the customer menu on the wall which caused a huge backup on line because she had to stop walk to menu and read each ingredient and walk back. While that was happening another employee was screaming that someone lost a pizza for a order and where did a whole pizza go. So I am still next in line waiting over 10min now and when it's my turn instead of acknowledging the wait and apologizing she ignored me and started making another pizza .. as stated looked very unorganized and should not be that backed up when 5 employees are all standing at counter instead of preparing cooking running register and 2 taking orders . Please fix . Disappointed because never had mods pizza and was finally trying first time just to walk out with disappointment
This location is very clean and has great energy! W made my pizza yesterday! He is very personable and just really made my day. His pizza recommendations were awesome and I think why he made me is my new go to! I was also delighted to see kyra working! She use to work at a place I frequently visited for lunch years ago. This location is blessed to have kyra and Q. I really hope they are recognized for their great customer service and hard work. You can tell that they actually enjoy their job. I will def be back!
Mod is becoming our gonto pizza. Love the build your own. Great ingredients and sauces. Helpful staff. Even with cooking the pizzas on demand it's quick.
The staff works very hard because even though they were almost closed, they still served me and they didn't act any attitude about it like most places will. Friendly hard working staff.

Went here a few days ago for the first time. Nick helped me build the perfect pizza. It delicious and all ingredients were fresh! Friendly staff, clean restaurant.. Definitely recommend. They have plenty of vegan options as well.
Great food as always. However I was met by a very rude and disrespectful employee named Blake. As good as a reputation that mod has of its employees Blake die not fit into that standard. Because of Blake’s rude acts towards me and my family, we will never be coming back to this location.
Staff was very friendly and greeted us immediately. Our order was taken promptly and everything was correct and served in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of seating.
