Ordered thru door dash and when we got the order the receipt was correct but nothing in the bag was correct, spent so much money to not get my order and waste mine and the delivery man's time going back to get the correct order. When I tried to call the store to inform them what happened the phone service was not working either like the phone was off the hook
$2 flavored large Iced Coffee + 2 shots of Expresso ($1.60) + caramel drizzle ($0.15) is only $3.75. Tastes as good as Starbucks.
This McDonalds has some issue with their app. If you pay via the app expect them to not provide you food even after showing proof of payment on the app and emails from your credit card showing that the transaction went through. Wasted 45 minutes for them only to say sorry we can't do anything. A joke. Go to the one down the street. Much better service.
McDonald's is pushing the use of their APP but this McDonald's totally disregards the app codes when u give it at the drive thru. This was my experience today. I was using the app to earn points on my purchase. Gave it to the cashier twice... Still didn't get credit. I spoke with the so call manager at about 555pm... she tried to enter it after the purchase was paid for, she claimed it went thru but I showed her on the app it clearly didn't and all I got was an Im sorry... Why advertise this app if your employees are gonna disregard the use of it. Its always something at this location. It is SORRY ! Do Not go here if u want to use the app.
If I could give this no star I would. First we pull up to the speak and the person doesn’t answer we said hello after they waited on two people at the other speak. Then ask us what do you want as if we are bother them So we left. How ignorant
Every McDonald's doesn't operate the same. I had the opportunity to visit the location and was pleased with the finish product. My food was fresh, tasty, and fulfilling. The only hiccup that I encountered was the fact that I ordered my fries without salt. They made the correction without any issues or concerns.As well the location is pretty is spacious and most important clean
This McDonald's was very busy ai lunchtime and the employees were very well controlled and professional. I live in Dekalb and there are 2 McDonald's and I avoid them, I have nothing for either one to compare the quality and Service
We went through the drive thru at 1:50 am and asked for 2 20 piece chicken nuggets along with fry’s and a drink the person taking orders threw my fiancés card at us and we rolled up to the 2nd window and asked for an order repeat and they were being very rude I have worked fast food for over three years and never heard anyone say the thing this McDonald’s did never going back in my life
I hoped when this store was totally redone it might have better service but I was sadly mistaken. 2 drive thru speakers have only given you the opportunity to screw up twice as much. I haven't gotten an order right in years. I just went thru tonight and I didn't receive anything I actually ordered and the smell of weed that was coming out the backdoor explains alot and of course I didnt even get a receipt. Half the time I go there it's obvious the workers are so high they don't even know what's going on. Or they are too busy on their phones to pay attention. I'm officially done with Mcdonalds.
Incredibly slow. Waited 20 minutes for the to clear 6 cars from the drive through. We get our order and of course it was wrong. Incredible how poorly they do such an easy job
