Very clean and modern. They have kiosks for ordering and the playland was open.

This place is a constant disappointment I've lived in the area for about 6 months I've probably tried to go here five times and only left with food twice you get trapped inside of the extremely slow drive-thru line trying to order things on the menu that they don't actually sell for example: "spicy 20 piece limited time" pull up to window "can I get a spicy 20-piece? "we only have 10 pieces do you want to order 2, 10 pieces" ? just ? that was just today's example.....
This place is really busy! I love ordering with the little robot, it’s very cool & I love not having to interact with others to order lol this is the only mcd I been to that has this.
No matter when i come. I always am in the drivethru for at least 15 minutes. I try to grab lunch on my break, but always end up going over my tine because the supposes fast food drivethru, no matter the traffic, always takes forever. I can get food fast ordering Mexican or Chinese at this rate...
every time i come here for the last 2 years the service has always been significantly slower than other mcdonald’s, to top it off , it’s never that busy to be as slow as this mcdonald’s operates. ultimately ending leaving cause how long the line doesn’t move. I mean i guess there trying
Absolutely the worst place I've ever been in...the ordering is so ridiculous. Technology has completely messed up an easy process. McDonald's has completely lost touch with people and reality!
Ordered 2 double cheeseburger with only cheese. 1 of them was made right but 1 I only had cheese and bread.
My food is never hot and always made super sloppy and the crew that takes the orders or hands out the food have snobby attitudes, and poor customer service there always playing around by the window touching each other with or without gloves, and then touching the customers products, which is disgusting, I only go here if need be, I know our young people in the world need jobs, bit they don't take there jobs seriously here and the management at this location is just as bad as them yes work can be fun, but get the job done first before they start goofing off and relaxing playing around .... just overall the quality of food, and customer service is horrible and why aren't they wearing gloves and face masks pulled up over there nose completely, please fix as soon as possible, because I wouldn't dare treat my customers the way that they do and do the things that do on a day to day bases, and they never know whose reading there ratings...
