I ordered 12 pizzas for my school and they were ready exactly when I needed them, fresh out of the oven. The woman who greeted me was so nice and friendly and it was a great experience. Thanks Little Caesars Bolingbrook!
If I could give this location negative 5 stars I would. I wouldnt touch that pizza after seeing the staff
Don't expect it to be on time. If you are doing an order more than the classic items expect 20-30 mins from when you want it.
Should be Walk in, Wait a Bit, then walk outOrdered 2 Pizzas and 2 Snacks, got told 11minutes on our Order, asked about it After 15, Guy told us it'd be 10 Minutes, & finally got it 5 Minutes later
This location isn't the greatest. Wait times are usually long, rarely are the pizzas hot and ready. And today the cashier was either not trained properly or was trying to pull a fast one on me. Gave her cash but then she tried to overcharge me the remainder on my card. They need help at this location for sure.
Nothing is ever hot nor ready. There’s always a wait. It’s never small wait the times I come. Today was just a bad experience. Waited for over an hour when I place my order online. There was people who were even waiting longer then me. I know places need help but this is ridiculous. They keep telling people 15 minutes which was a lie. People were getting upset and impatient. The inside was just packed. I feel like they should have shut off online orders for the time being and phone orders. Just focus on what was in front of them.
Pick up ordered place at around 6:50, was supposed to be done at 7:20. Almost an hour and 5 people ahead of me and still no pizza. The wait is ridiculous and management is clearly flawed.
Just came in to pick up my pizza at this location the girl that is working their was so rude, I order in the portal app and my order was still in the back and I told her that I was and a hurry and she started going off at me and ignored me and when I ask for my receipt she laughed and said that she wasn't going to give me one because I ordered online and I told her okay give me my pizza then and she threw the boxes at me and I told her why she got to be down that and she said because I was being rude to her. I didn't know that just for asking my pizza it meant that I was being rude. I need a manager to address this issue. She can't be treating customers like that. It is Thursday 17 1.15
I love this Little Cesars location. I usually order ahead via the app and pick up my order shortly after. This time I ordered in store. The staff was all working hard. The man working cashier was very courteous and polite. Appreciated the estimated time for my order to be completed.
Ever since the manager transferred to another location and their best employee left, the Bolingbrook store has gone downhill. Today, the girl with the piercing at the register was rude and unsanitary. She's taking people's money and not washing her hands when she touches food. I asked for a fresh crazy bread (I like them out of the oven, I HATE the warming unit they have). She said "these are fresh" and grabbed one from the holding case. I told her I wanted a fresh one, and she decided not only to argue they were fresh, but took one out of the holding case, took the crazy bread out of the package, and was fingering it with her dirty unwashed hands. No thanks, the store used to be one of the best I've been to. Now, its a reminder how many better pizza places there are in town.
