03/25/2022 I checked online and it says that they close @11 pm. I called because the open sign was turned off and asked if they were open and they said yes. I walked in and they proceeded to tell me they were closed. After I walked out two men walked in after “ it being closing time “ she then locked the door after they came in. They really need to check there employees
Every single time I come here bad service. Everyone seems to have attitude look on their faces. One time I came in I stood there for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to even say hello. Nobody was in line besides the 2 people checking out. Another time when waiting in line this lady looked at us then asked the people who had just walked in the door if they were here first. When they do help you they make you feel like you are a bother to them. I dislike location.
This is my favorite place. Everything is very delicious and fresh.
Place is too overpriced for the quality. I was not happy with their customer service or quality of ingredients.

I went on 9/26/2021. I was reviewing the receipts and I notice that this establishment charge their customers 10.75% ON TAXES. The tax in Bolingbrook is maximum 8.5 %. They stealing from their customers. I will report this to the city of Bolingbrook tomorrow first thing in the morning and I will contact the IRS as well.

I had the wonderful dairy free mango gelato or whatever they call it! It was so delicious with loads of fresh chunks of mango in it!! I will definitely go back! Also, great, polite service! Tastings to figure out what flavor/s you want!
