This place used to be really good, where you got sandwiches fast and made correctly. The last several times I've been there there's either been an ingredient missing off my sandwich or a miniscule of ingredients added to the sandwich and I have to wait several minutes. Sad that the old freaky fast ethos has gone out the window.
I cannot stress this enough. Clean, well maintained bathrooms.I got a few slims and since there was no line the staff waited while I got signed into the rewards app. Helpful and friendly.
They don't care if you have a dairy allergy they will throw cheese on your food.
Sandwich was so flat I thought they forgot the condiments.
Order An east coast spicy Italian. It was delivered no double meat. Not capicola on it no peppers. I called to ask it have the order re made . The said no the can’t because they are out of meat. Also the was a pepper shortage so they only put a couple of peppers they put on the sandwich, which was a lie. My phone number was on the order at least call the costumer when the sandwiches cost me almost nine dollars. The store manager said the issue was upper managements fault and not the responsibility. Nice job jimmy John’s for your horrible customer service!
Bread size becoming smaller .
I have no idea why we keep giving this location so many chances over the years.......today was the last time. Really pathetic that you can't even place a extremely simple order with NOT one special request. If you order a #4 and a #5 with ZERO extra requests or instructions ......why oh why is it such a difficult request to receive the actual sandwiches you ordered?
Not so fast. Long delivery times.
My order was packed incorrectly with wrong sandwich and they refused to deliver to me the correct sandwich. They don’t deliver outside of 1.7 miles. I am 2.3 miles from store. If I wanted I could drive back to store to pick up correct sandwich
