We didn't appreciate how the cashier handled checking our $50 bill on 6/5/22. It was marked and lifted in the light 3X's . Don't assume everybody's a criminal with some fake money. Smh
Husband and I went to Five Guys Downers Grove for burgers and cajun fries tonight. The staff were all fantastic. Very Friendly and helpful (I had trouble with those new fangled soda machines). The food was served fast. I saw those workers hustling, nobody sitting around or messing around. They worked hard for all the customers who came and went. They appeared to work very well together. The burgers and fries were made as requested, served hot, juicy and delicious. The fries were overflowing and seasoned perfectly. They greeting us promptly when we arrived, thanked us and wished us a good night when we left. We definitely give Five Guys five out of five stars. ☆☆☆☆☆

Pros: sanitation and cleanliness. The workers were changing out there gloves regularly and washing hands and equipment. Floors and bathrooms were clean. I love the multi-coke machine you have in your franchises. I think it makes the drink ordering delightful with normally plenty of options.Cons: nearly 50% of the drinks were out of stock. When ordering I was cut off and told the price of what I ordered already but I stated I had a lot more to order than that (about $50 more!) instead left with only ordering about $15 of food. I love the franchise, but expensive for your 'normal burger' but the meat quality is better so don't knock it until you try it once
Had dinner here. Burgers are good and the fries are really good. But two cheeseburgers, one fry and two drinks totaling $35? Too expensive and why I only go here once in a blue moon.

I've had better cheeseburgers at other place, I guess i prefer flame grilled...but what I dont understand is how they didn't have cheese fries!
Endless amount of fries, and for the first time ever my kiddo ate a hot dog! Customer service on point, clean space … overall a wonderful place to grab something on the run.
I honestly felt like because I didn't tip the worker was absolutely deflated. This is not a representation of his work or ethic but if a fast food worker is so dependent on tips that he is visibly deflated after not getting one then you don't pay your workers enough.
